"Don't thank me, I will be here to support you no matter what" As much as Cedarclaw liked reconition for things he has done he didn't like to be thanked when he knew there was more to come.

Nightfang finished grooming himself, he lay down in the soft sun light and absorbed it's warmth.

DuskLight nodded in agreement, watching as SpeckledMoon lay down. He laughed at her words "No shade, and the dens are too warm and stuffy to provide any comfort" His gaze softened as he watched her, tail curling. "I would offer the den but its unbearably hot in there" DuskLight stared but before he could act he shook his head as if to shake his own thoughts out of it. He briskly stood up "I'm not sure where WhistlePaw has gone so I'm off to get juniper and poppy seeds." He ducked into the den, nosing through the herb storage. He emerged, jaw full. He placed a few poppy seeds in front of SpeckledMoon. "If the heat becomes too unbearable to rest." DuskLight quickly padded out into the forest for herbs, not turning back to see her reaction.

Fang

Fang padded around a bit, twitching his whiskers at the tomcar's curiosity. "Go ahead, but I think in one of those rooms is a hawk I caught this morning. If your hungry you can have it. And for your nest, you might want to keep some feathers," he said, sitting to groom his fur a bit, embarrassed am that is was so messy.

With a fond tilt of the head, Speckledmoon watched as Dusklight retreated, waiting until he was out of sight before curling a paw around the poppy seeds. She didn't need them quite yet, but she was sure she would sometime soon; the light of sunhigh already scorched her thick pelt, pale as it was, even within the shade.

He perked up considerably and scampered over to Fang, circling him with an eager expression pasted blatantly upon his features. "This is really cool! How'd you discover all this?" he mewed insistently, vying for some sort of story.

Lightningpaw

Lightningpaw stifled a groan. He didn't want to getstupid old moss.

Fang

Fang twitched his long, thin whiskers once again in midlick. "Keep your fur on and I'll tell you!," he said in almost teasing voice. He was warming up to Harumi quickly, with was surprising to him. There was just something about him, he could put his paw on. "You listening?," he asked, raising and eyebrow.

Nightfang was starting to become a little to hot for comfort so he go up. His paws felt a little soar so he went to see Dusklight. As he walked into the den he saw Spottedmoon's pretty fur laying in the den. She looked asleep so he did his best not to wake her, "Dusklight are you in here?"

Cracking open a single eye, she peered up at Nightfang, having woken upon his approach. She had only been dozing lightly; the sun was already preventing her from sleeping very well. "Dusklight just left to collect juniper and poppy." she informed him gently, stretching her long limbs as the words passed her maw. "I'm no medicine cat, but is there anything I could do for you?" Sitting up, she licked a paw and drew it over her whiskers, facing her Clanmate with a bit more confidence.

Harumi sat down with an audible thump in front of Fang, eyes filled with an intensity that made it obvious he was hanging onto his every word. Kamuy used to tell him stories all the time; granted, they were made up, but they were exciting to hear nonetheless. He bobbed his head vigorously to show he was indeed giving the tom his full attention.

Nightfang jumped when Speckledmoon spoke, he wasn't used to being taken off guard. "Sorry I didn't mean to wake you." Nightfang looked down at his paws, but he looked back up in concern. "Are you alright? Is he getting the herbs for you?" The questions made him feel ridicules. "My paws are a little soar, I was hoping Dusklight might have something for them."

She shook her head. "No, I'm fine. Just having a bit of trouble sleeping, so he said I could rest here a bit." With a paw, she nudged the poppy seeds in front of her pointedly before mulling over the rest of his words. "Sore pads..." she trailed off quietly before perking up. "I think what you need might be dock leaves, but to be safe we should wait for Dusklight to come back. I wouldn't want to mess up his store since he just organised it." Patting the spot next to her, she added, "You're welcome to wait here with me if you'd like."

Nightfang was glad to have some where cooler to rest while he waited for Dusklight. "Thanks, do you think he will be long?" Nightfang lay down on the ground.

Another shake of the head gave him his answer. "I'm not sure, but since he left so quickly, maybe that means he'll be back sooner." A pirrup of amusement escaped her as she lapped up the poppy seeds Dusklight had prescribed and settled back down beside Nightfang, rounding her jaws into a small, delicate yawn. "Hopefully."
