I would say since the stickers are from Christmas 2014 and the pets being from the 2013 dream event, it it unfair to them. But I would get a second opinion.~

This trade is in your favor. The Party Cat plushie is worth an early '09 rare or a '09 very rare. I would get a second oppinion just to make sure though as I am not sure what the '15 store pets are worth.

The 2015 Store pets are worth about mid 2010 rares.
The first item is an 09 CS Birthday, while the others are 2012 and 2013 CS Birthday items.

So I think it is unfair to you? Unless that one 09 item makes up for it because of its rarity and demand. Id get another opinion.
