- Calista is a generally happy float boat! She blames her "happy-go-lucky" attitude on her mother.

On days when Calista is not very happy, she can be extremely sad. All she does is curl up under her blankets and "binge" eats all day long. This doesn't happen often, but everyone has those days. -

I remember the first day I got to play in a field with my mom. She woke me up really early in the morning.

"Come on, Calista, or you'll miss the deer and rabbits!" she whispered to me as she woke me up.

She had already packed a small basket with food, so we got out of the den pretty quickly. To get there, we had to swim, which I din't really mind.

When we reached there, the sun had just started to peak up over the mountains, making the dew on the field look as though it were sparkling. In the field, you could see a herd of deer. The two little fawns playing around their mothers as the buck kept watch.

"Wow mommy! I think I wuv this place!" I exclaimed, in my very childish voice.

All day we ran, swam, and had fun! We caught bugs and rolled down the hills. At noon, we ate lunch, and then we were back at the activities. It was the happiest day of my life.
