The excitement seemed to just be radiating off of the Gallifreyan, he looked over at Carlos and paused for a moment as he thought about where they should go, now, best to find oth--The other male broke into the Explorer's thoughts when he said that there were people nearby. He nodded his head, "Well then, let's go say hello to our neighbours!" He said as he headed off in the direction Carlos gestured to.

"Yes..." Zadkiel nodded, "I assume you are getting the oxygen from the nearby trees...however, I cannot be certain about that.." He said.

"...it's fine." He reassured when the girl apologized for rambling. Elliot looked around at their surroundings for a brief moment before he looked back to the female before him, once again falling silent.

"....Well...there aren't really lots of adults where I'm from.." Mary explained, shifting where she stood, offering a smile. "It really is usually just me and my..." She hesitated, unsure what to call the other exhibits in the gallery, "..brothers and sisters.." She finished, then smiled, "But sometimes new people come too!" Mary added not long after. Then as Ness spoke about Paula, the painting laughed, "Really?"

Shiro watched Magnus for a moment before he pointed in the direction the strangers were in. Her eyes lit up with excitement and she hopped forward as a soft giggle. "Let's go see if there are friends this way then. Hopefully they're nice!" she said. Gracefully, the girl walked forward on her toes, humming softly to herself in the process. She sure hoped there were others to meet up ahead otherwise she'd be disappointed. It wasn't too often she got to meet many new people since it was rare for new Deadman to be brought into the park.

Ness listened as Mary said there weren't many adults where she came from, other her brothers and sisters. The boy titled his head slightly wondering how big her family could be then. "You must have a big family then," he remarked. At the mention of family, his mind drifted to his own and a faint smile crossed his lips. Sure it was a small family, but they all took care of each other, even if his father wasn't around much since he was always working to pay off the debt they were in to the Minch family. When he heard Mary's laugh, he snapped out of his thoughts and nodded slightly. "It's true. She smacked me right across the face with a frying pan not too long after I first met her. She was in trouble and able to take a powerful attack so a snatched her teddy bear from her and threw it as a distraction. It ended up getting the bear destroyed, which is why she smacked me and I eventually had to buy her a new bear."

"....Yeah...I guess my family is pretty big.." Mary agreed, nodding her head as she spoke, however, it wasn't much of a family. She had no mother and her father, Guertena, had left her - actually he died long ago but the painting didn't know that, and she still waited for him to come back to his paintings and works of art. When Ness talked about the time that Paula smacked him in the face with a frying pan because of a teddy bear, the nine year old laughed again, "Wow. I guess that goes to show that you shouldn't get her teddy bears destroyed."

I looked at her with a sigh "Basically, I am a hero." I said.

"That is probably a good asumption. There must be smoking of atmosphere for the plants and animals to be here. Do you think you're god made this? I don't believe Zeus would." Shalyn answered.

"My family back home is pretty small, especially since my father was always working to pay off debt to our neighbors so it was only my mom, sister, and I at home until I found out I was one of the chosen ones and was meant to save the world," Ness said was he rubbed the back of his neck. He never liked talking about the debt his family was in, but it was hard to avoid it. It was one of the only reasons he had even "befriended" Pokey and Picky in the first place. It helped keep their father off his own father's case, though Ness never heard any end of the debt from Mr. Minch when he was over. Shaking the thoughts off, he allowed himself to focus on Paula and the teddy bears and he chuckled softly. "Yeah, I learned that one the hard way, though the second time something like this happened, I got in front of her and took a real beating and she ended up telling me I was an idiot and should have thrown her teddy bear."
