This is one of my newer Oc's, Comic Hearts. She is daughter of Luna and Sombra. (I ship them and proud of it XD) She often wears a cloak to hide her wings. She lives in a time where Celestia feels that any more alicorns would throw of the way of order and the kingdom and take her out of power. This is just my personal fantasy.
