Hey there; welcome to the club, Dev~ (\(^.^)/) You're just in time, too. I expect that things could potentially get really enthusiastic here soon, with the huge update to the game coming tonight. (By the way, it's here in less than FIVE MINUTESSSS *squee*)

I couldnt play too much as the servers were packed and my internet is so-so! But the new weapons pack a punch and the new music is faaaantastic.

Oh yesssss; everything is superb~ @o@ I'm really loving the looks of the Heavy Splatling, though I have yet to actually try it in battle. I'm a fan of Chargers, so I think I'll take to it pretty well once I get up the courage to try it.

Also, Ocean and I noticed something neat when playing after the update: we spotted a new ink color. Sometimes, when one of the sides is orange, the other side will be SKY BLUE. Not that light teal color, and not the super-light blue and medium blue shades that only appear in Ranked; a really beautiful, bright, light shade of really bluish blue. We were so impressed. x3

EDIT: Ohhhh, I think I know why we mysteriously have sky blue ink now. I think it has to do with that Squid Girl costume they released; the blue color seems to be the same color as the anime/manga character's tentacle-hair. x3 (That series is a total mystery to me, but I happened to see a picture of the character the costume is based on, and noticed that the colors matched.)

(Also, it seems that, when announcing the current stages, Callie and Marie have all kinds of new dialogue for all of the stages, in addition to their old comments. I was extremely happy when we discovered that, because I love their comments; they're so amusing, and always manage to bring a smile to my face.)

Gahhhh, I totally love everything about the update. Both of the new weapons seem really cool; I look forward to trying the Heavy Splatling in particular, sometime, whenever I feel ready for it.
Also, the new music is excellent, as well as very fun to battle to. >w>


@Star - Oh yeah, that would probably explain the sudden appearance of that new ink color~
