Tigerstar smiled. "she can join us if she wants." She glanced at sparrowwhisker with a warning glance. He's not the leader. " well giver her shelter and food... And if she wants to join us... I'll train her." He mewed glancing back st the shecat. "Your choice." He mewed. "Die of hunger and heat out here, or survive in a camp with food and shelter." He didn't know why he was so kind to her but he was attracted to her.

Dappledpaw

Dappledpaw glanced at the kit. "Of course, twistedsecret will take you to find her. She is much better at tracking than I am." She lied, she only wanted twistedsecret out so she could sort the herbs and make her happy.

[Hailow]

"I... uh.." No one had been this kind to her since.. Since that male loner. Her eyes watered a bit thinking about him, but she decided to think on it. "Is it alright if I have a sleep on it?" her eyes scanned the one who had pounced on her, the leader. He was a bit larger than she, and very muscular. He seemed drawn to Fern, but she didn't know why. A scrawny, shy, loner? Why would anyone be attracted to her? Much less the leader of a Clan! She shot a glare at the other male cat who started to protest, but the fire in her eyes cut him off.

~Falconkit~
He let out a small "Oomph!" as Smokekit knocked him over. His brother was slightly bigger than him, but none the less, he rolled over and pinned him and nimbled on his ear. "I am the fierce Falconstar! I will beat you Smokestar! I will rule this land!" Falconkit pranced onto a mound of sand, and let out a squeal as it disintegrated beneath his paws.

~Sparrowwhisker~
He saw something in his leader's eyes he had never seen before. This made the deputy want to get the loner out of her as quick as possible. "Not to be rude Tigerstar, but you were made leader less than a moon ago. Plus you don't know if she's lying." Something in the back of his mind made him regret saying this, knowing that he could have just lost his rank. What leader says is law, not matter if you agree, disagree, or it means the death of the Clan. He glanced at Pinepaw quickly. "Go fetch some bedding and make it a nest." Without waiting for an answer, the orange and grey cat whipped around and stalked further down river. Sunhigh was here, and the insects were buzzing. He laid down in the shade, his paws dipped into the icy river.

Tigerstar

Tigerstar ignored what sparrowwhisker told him, he knew better. This cat could not be a spy.Tiger-star glaced at the shecat. "Are you sure? it will be a pretty hot night." He mewed. He could tell because of the heat blazing his pelt hotter than normal.

Pine paw

Pine paw trotted off to a nearby log. Normally moss would be found there. He looked in and saw moss. "Jackpot!" He mewed clawing the moss out. He saw sparrowwhisker laying in the shade near the river. He grabbed the moss in his mouth and trotted over to him. He lashed it down beside him and mewed. "This enough?" He sat down with the heat blazing his back.

Fern blushed. "No hotter than normal," she responded. She let her eyes look over the leader again. "She noticed many other things, like the lovely stripes that ran down his sides, and his gorgeous eyes.. What was she thinking?! This is the leader of a clan for crying out loud! she scolded herself. She would respect and admire him. That's it. Fern knew the rules. 'No cat was to talk to outside cats without permission' and only 'clan cats could be mates with the leader'. The she-cat had no chance with him...

Shadowkit

> "Not if I can help it! Eat my dust!" Shadowkit squeaked with all his might. He found an even larger lump of sand and destroyed it as Falconkit did. After thoroughly covering the both of them in dust, he leaped for his brother's back. "I, Shadowstar, will rule this land forever!" He squealed loudly as he batted his brother's back, claws sheathed.

Palekit

> Finally Palekit could take it no longer. "The mighty Palestar has come to steal both of your territories! Cower in fear!" She burst through a pile of sand twice her size, sending up clouds of dust that shone in the hot desert sun. She paused for effect, letting a little dust settle. She slid on the dust into Shadowkit, who in turn fell on Falconkit. "I win!" Palekit squeaked proudly, shaking the dust from her fur before turning to lick her back.

~Sparrowwhisker~
He looked over at the bundle of moss the apprentice had collected. "Yes that should do. Drop it off in Tigerstar's den. After, that, you can do what you wish, as long as it doesn't involve going beyond the river." The tom pulled himself to his paws and waded into a calm section of the river. Sparrowwhisker doesn't mind the water, as long as he chose to.

~Falconkit~
"But Falconstar always has a second plan!" He scampered out of sight for a moment, before returning with a beetle in his paw. The kit put it on the ground, and sprayed his sister with the bug juices. "Smokestar! Falconclan would like to be friends with Smokeclan! Paleclan is evil!" He sprinted away from Palekit, yowling "Evil cats!"

Tiger star

Tiger stars heart sank. "Is that a no?" He sat down looking over her beautiful pelt. He looked back up at her green eyes. She's gorgeous.... The thought. He shook his head. I'm the leader of a clan! I can only have a mate that's in the clan! he told himself. But what if she joins? He told himself.

Pine paw

Pine paw nodded and picked up the moss. He trotted his way to camp. When he reached camp he climbed up the highledge and dropped the moss in the tigerstars. "Wow... It's like a cave in here!" He whispered to himself and left. When he got down he entered the apprentices den and layed down In his nest.

"Oh! No, I accept your very kind invitation, leader of Talonclan," if possible, Fern blushed even harder than before. "Thank you," the she-cat looked up and met his gaze, noticing a change in the way he looked at her, before letting her eyes drop.

Tigerstar lightened up. He started in a smile but half way he asked. "May I have your name?" He looked at her wondering what her name was.
