Percy didn't think his face could twist into a worse grimace then it was then. The pale vaiki grumbled to himself, and then directed his attention to the pokemon situated on his head. "Fine." Percival conceded shortly, stepping a few more paces away from his rival. gesturing to his pokemon, Cheshire seemed to get the idea, and leaped down to face the Blitzle.

Cheshire could sense the tension in the air, and the eevee felt urged to protect his annoyingly nice trainer. Despite their bad start, the Eevee would fight as well as he could to impress his new trainer. Getting into a battle stance, the normal type prepared to attack.
Percival continued to frown, but was happy that his pokemon had decided to listen this time. "You're move, Xylon." The smaller vaiki hissed the name, gesturing for his tormentor to begin the battle.

Xylon gave an unemotional look at the tanner Vaiki, and instead stepped back for more room for the two Pokemon to duel out their trainers feuds, though it seemed more of a regular trainer battle to Xylon more than anything. "Alright Volt, we'll start off simple for now, since this is our first battle. Use Quick Attack!" Xy gave a confident smile at his electric type, which immediately obeyed her trainer, spurring into action as she dashed forwards, her head ducked low for a fleet tackle at the Normal type in front of her.

Cheshire took the hit, the move too fast to evade.
Percival tried to perk up, for his pokemon's sake. "Alright, It's okay,just one little quick attack, right?"He paused for a moment,"Use Growl!" He added, hoping to decrease the stronger pokemon's attack.
Cheshire nodded, and he stood his ground with a rather intimidating hiss.

)I just randomly generated, I didn't do anything else.
But I'm also doing that, so far, Volt's only moves are Quick Attack, Tail Whip, Growl, Tackle and maybe an Egg Move. You can have Chesire have an Egg Move too. Volt might be able to do Shock Wave or Double Kick later on.)

Volt shuddered lightly at the hiss her opponent gave, but Xylon blocked some of the nervousness that sank into her pelt. "Don't worry Volt! You can do it! You're super strong! I know you are!" The darker Vaiki shouted a few words of encouragement towards the electric equine, giving her the best thumbs up he could with a reassuring smile. "Alright! Let's keep this show movin'!
Volt, use Tail Whip!" The Blitzle gave a whiny in response, dashing towards the other Pokemon with her mane flaring, spinning 'round to give the Eevee a nice 'smack!' of her tail.

Cheshire was caught off guard by the attack, receiving a face full of electrified fluff.
"It's okay Cheshire! You're doing fine, you can do it! Use Tackle!"
Cheshire shook himself out of his daze, leaping onto the Electric type with all the force an eevee could muster.

Letting out a small "Blitz! Blitzle!" of surprise, Volt stumbled to the side, her hooves scuffing up the dust from the sandy clearing near the edge of the town, making the area a bit more dirty than it used to be. Xylon held an emotionless expression as he clearly thought through all his choices. "Alright, Volt, use Quick Attack once more! A few more hits should do it, girl!" He called out, his dark pupils shining in pride as he watched his first Pokemon battle out her first fight. An additional pride was sprinkled on top was that he was beating his rival in the battle.

Cheshire was knocked back violently by the larger pokemon's speedy attack. Getting back to his feet, the rash eevee decided not to wait for his timid trainer's command, and shot forward to tackle Volt a second time.
Percival bit his lip at his pokemon's disobedience,"Cheshire!" He shouted, warning the eevee that he was far too close to the electric type's hooves.Percy watched, his eyes wide in worry for his pokemon,"Get away from there!"

"Volt! Finish him off with a Tail Whip! And make it count!" Xylon cupped his muzzle in his paws, increasing the volume in his voice as it echoed over to Volt's ears, registering in her intelligent mind in what to do. "Blitzle! Blitz!" With a powerful swing of her mane, she charged up her tail once more swiftly, and smacked the Eevee with the electrified tail, doing quite a bit of damage, due to the amount of strength and effort she put into her swing.

Cheshire's body shook in a painful way at the electric shock that shot through his body,setting every nerve on fire. The normal type hissed at the pain, but nevertheless attempted to stand. The effort was futile, as the smaller pokemon couldn't hold consciousness for much longer, and fainted.
As soon as the small brown body hit the ground, the battle was over, and Percy rushed to his pokemon's side, frantically checking him over. He cooed at his fainted pokemon, "I-It's okay Cheshire, you did so w-well, but m-maybe listen to you're trainer next time, o-okay?"

As soon as the battle seemed over, Volt gave a proud whiny in victory, kicking her hooves up into the air as she flail them around proudly, standing up back onto her hind legs, flicking her mane in the air, as if she just won a huge prize, though she had just won her first battle today. Xylon darted over to the equine Pokemon and stilled for a moment, waiting for all the powerful electricity that flowed through her before tackling his own Pokemon in a warm embrace, smiling and laughing as she nuzzled to him, sparking up his dark pelt. "Good job girl! You did so great! Now come on, we should head off to the Pokecenter to heal you back up before we get goin' eh?" He pulled away, sending a bright smile over to his Pokemon before it dispatched away into a tight frown as he glanced over to the other trainer. "Hey. That was a pretty interesting battle. You should probably stop by the Pokecenter. I'm going to go heal up Volt here, so why don't you stop by too? Y-you know, in case any spiders pop out or anything." The darker Vaiki mentally face palmed, questioning why he even walked over to the weak trainer anyways... But it was too late now, and he had already offered 'escorting' Percival to the Pokecenter, so he couldn't say anything else. He was the one that made the Eevee faint, so it was kinda his fault anyway...
