Is anyone open to do a rather complicated design? I checked the front, but it seems to me that most of the posts are rather outdated.

Well, I was thinking of a cat based off one of my OC's. I suppose design is the wrong word, but I was rushed. I want a color changing + chibi wings coming out of back (chibi wings get created from his back and then pulled back in) animation. The design of the character itself is simple, except for maybe the eyes.

I think Natsu has already been made. Yet I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure.
