Charm

Charm coughed and curled up even more against the tree. She opened her eyes, and only saw blurs of everything. Charm knew she was sick and needed help but she didn't want to admit it.

Veda prodded his muzzle against Charm's shoulder, "Charm, please come in. You don't look so well to me.." He whined a bit, his whimpers were low but audible. He was almost tempted on just dragging her in himself.

Charm

Charm opened her eyes and looked at Veda, ″Fine,″ she said being to tired to fight back anymore. She stood up and coughed again. Leaning against the tree to keep her balance, she looked at Veda waiting for him to stand up.

Veda smiled vaguely and helped prop up Charm. Then he hopped over to his back gate, gnawing his teeth at the latch so he could open it and let Charm in.

Charm

Charm followed Veda slowly. She walked in the gate and sat in the snow waiting for him to close the gate, her head may hurt but she was patient.

Tiger
She could hear the whimpers of Charm and the barks of Veda. She stopped purring and ran out her cat-flap. She jumped onto the fence and nearly fell off. The cold evening wind had hit her hard. Snowflakes fluttered onto her coat and made her cold. She crawled over to Veda's house and looked down. She gasped and jumped down. "Veda... Charm... what is happening?!" She meowed, suddenly in a panic. Charm looked tired and sick. She snuggled up against Charm to spread warmth to her.

Rocky
He crawled out of his burrow and gasped. "Oh god, oh god!" He growled. It was so cold. His thin fur felt like it was falling off. He needed a drink, like that was gonna happen. He looked around and came across a frozen lake. There was a hole in the middle, big enough from him to drink from. He stepped on the ice to find it was thick and strong. He ran over to the hole and had a few quick slurps. He ran back to the forest and whimpered. The ice broke and he fell into the cold water. "Ahh!" He yelled. At least he was a relative to a dog so he could swim, kinda. He swam as best as he could to the land. He crawled out and coughed. He was covered in ice and his fur was soaked. He was suddenly tired. "Burrow... chickens..." He fell and banged his mouth. Blood trickled down his chin onto the ground. His vision became blurry and his eyes shut.

Lucy
"I just want a family!" She growled. She coughed and knew that a sickness was spreading through the forest."Ch-charm!" She yelled weakly. "T-tiger!" She yelled a different name. She ran as fast as she could to the city. "Charm! Tiger!" She smelt them in the wind and led her to the male dogs house. She looked at the three animals and whimpered. She lay outside the gate and shut her eyes. She shivered and fell asleep.

Charm

Charm could feel the warmth of Tiger against her body. She shook a little to get her fur puffed up. She thought of something then stood up and looked at Tiger and Veda. "I have to go," she said walking to the fence. Charm shook to get her mind a little clearer then jumped the fence in one leap. She walked into the woods. Something wasn't right and she knew it. It was almost sunrise and she had to find a warm place until morning. Charm didn't make it far before she found a hole in a tree. She lay down in the hole and the last thing she remembered was her whimper before falling into comple unconsciousness.

Veda made his pouty face and puppy eyes, he lowered his head into the snow. But slowly and relucatantly he began to walk back to his backyard as soon as he lost sight of the other dog. He murmured to Tiger, "Well.. I guess she doesn't need our help, I should go in before my masters worry." He dragged his feet along as he made his way inside his home.
