Yup, it's Brambleberry!
Here's why:
He was depending on me- Talltail & Barkface were depending on her to save Hopkit's life. His life was in her paws.
I reassured him when he was unsure- When Featherpaw/whisker made his first trip to the moonstone, he wasn't sure what to do. Bramblepaw/berry reassured him that he'd be fine and would know what to do.
I was exited for her when she changed her path- When Yellowfang officialy became a medicine cat, Brambleberry was very excited and supportive to her.
I tried to make him feel better- When Stormkit's name was changed to Crookedkit, She tried to cheer him up by joking that she should be called Swallowherb, as that's what she makes cats do.
I helped him in her place- She was like a mother to Crookedkit when Rainflower wasn't.

I was born in a world that I did not belong,
I grew up with a paw in a each world.
I knew I had to choose one or the other,
but I couldn't bring myself to do it.
When the time came, I knew which was right,
I followed my heart into the night.
I journeyed with them far and wide,
only to find another in my situation.
