-Softgaze herded her kits into the nursery but made sure the other kits were inside as well before padding in herself. She quietly made her way over to her nest, and curled up around Lionkit, Sandkit and Vinekit who were already settled in it. She purred softly and groomed them as they slowly fell asleep next to her. When she had finished grooming them, she turned to look at the other kits, Spikekit, Stormkit and Fatalkit, wanting to be sure that they were comfortably settled in their nests for the night.-

-Lionkit, Sandkit and Vinekit all curled up next to their mother and snuggled close to each other.-

Stormkit- "Night" she mewed in reply to spikekit. Turning her head to see softgaze pad in. " Hey" she yawned tired, stormkit slowly shut her eyes and fell as sleep , her tail curled over her limp and crushed legs.

Fatalkit-

She waited till everyone was asleep in the nursery to go outside.
She rested her head on her mitts gazing at the sky.
She sighed then padded back to the nursery and fell peacefully asleep.

Personality: She can be quite shy at times, but is usually bubbly and explorative. Doesn't talk much to cats she doesn't exactly know. Cricketpaw has always loved to learn new things ever since she was a kit.
Power: Not discovered yet; she has yet to visit the Moontree to get the camouflaged fur. (Her power will more than likely be speed and the ability for jump higher than usual)
Crush/Mate: None yet
Kits: None yet
History: Nothing too exciting. Clan born.
Other: Excellent hunting skills, but her fighting could use some work. She's quite clumsy, but extremely quick on her feet. Rabbits never tend to get away from her. She has light brown tabby fur with bright, blazing green eyes.

Wanted Rank: Deputy wouldn't be too bad, but he's completely happy with what he currently is
Personality: He's very friendly, sweet, loving, and quite charming as well. Ripplefur seems to always be in a good mood- it takes a lot for something to ruin it.
Power: Controls a bit of water. Nothing like making giant waves or anything, just little things. Best at swimming. (Maybe can walk on water to hunt for fish?? Or would that be too much??)

History: Was born and raised in the Clan.
Other: Silver tabby tom with sky blue eyes. Formidable hunter and fighter. There's nothing special about him, he's just a normal cat.


Name: Duskbreeze
Gender: Male
Age: 16 moons

Wanted Rank: Deputy wouldn't be too bad, but he's currently happy where he is.
Personality: Duskbreeze tends to be a bit cold or short tempered, but every cat has a sweet, happy side. He's very quiet and sarcastic, but actually loves kits. Those fluffy tails and tiny paws are his absolute weakness. He hates to see them unhappy, let alone harmed.
Power: Controls shadows.
Crush/Mate: None yet
Kits: None yet
History: Was found by the clan when he was about the age of an apprentice. His mother died from sickness when he was 5 moons old, so his much older cousin, Stormgaze, took care of him until they were both attacked by a group of three rogue cats. Since they were no match for the much larger cats, they ran and got separated. Duskbreeze escaped with a deep gash on his shoulder and a narrow rip in his ear. He refuses to believe that Stormgaze may be dead.
Other: Has an aptitude for both hunting and fighting; nothing really special about him either. Dark grey, almost black, thick fur. Muscular build, broad shoulders, normal/big-ish paws. Really cold, icy blue eyes.

Wanted Rank: Perhaps deputy? However, she could care less about ranks; it's the heart that counts.
Personality: Sweet, shy, calm, and innocent. Has a seemly mysterious nature about her.
Power: Creates a chilly, thick, cloud-like fog that allows her to hide easily and confuse enemies.
Crush/Mate: None yet
Kits: None yet
History: Nothing important. No one knows where she came from; a patrol found her inside the territory

Softgaze flicked an ear and raised her head tiredly when she heard one of the kits leave the nursery. Quietly, so as to not disturb the other kits, she stood up and padded out of the nursery. She blinked a few times before looking around the clearing, it didn't take her long to see Fatalkit staring up at the sky, she watched over the young she-cat for awhile and was about to go tell her to come back inside when she saw her heading back to the nursery. Smiling lightly she headed back to her nest and curled around her kits once more. She waited until Fatalkit had returned, settled and fallen asleep before closing her own eyes to do so as well.

Ripplefur
The tom padded out of the warriors den and into the clearing. He glanced up at the sky, noticing the horizon, which was tinged with a preal-grey color. It would be dawn soon; there's no use in going back to sleep. Breathing in the damp morning air, he settled beside the apprentices den waiting for the other cats to wake from their slumber.

Cricketpaw
She stirred restlessly in her sleep, making soft mewling sounds. It was a problem she'd been having for a while now; ever since she was 5 and a half moons old. As much as she loved to learn new things and adventure, thinking about going to the Moontree and visiting StarClan for the first time made her stomach drop and her mouth go dry. What if they don't approve of me? What if I'm not good enough? Unable to go on pretending to sleep, she crept out of the den and sat down in front of the apprentice's den, licking at her ruffled fur.

Snoring softly, the dark-furred tom buried his muzzle deeper into his paws, then covered it with his long, fluffy tail.

Greymist
She opened her eyes slowly and sat up in her nest, giving her paw a few licks before drawing it over her ears. Blinking the sleep out of her eyes, her mind grew less fuzzy and more alert as the drowsiness of just waking up seeped away.

Softgaze blinked open her eyes as the first light of dawn began to stream into the nursery.Yawning quietly she sat up in her nest,careful not to distrub her still sleeping kits.It wouldn't be long till they would be up and wanting to suckle.At Two moons old they had only begun to eat freshkill and still suckled most of the time.She stretched and nuzzled them closer togeather so they could keep eachother warm.Then she walked silently out of the nursery and settled outside it to groom her white pelt,eager to have a few peaceful moments to herself.-

Stormkit- She felt the sun slowly, Very slowly but surely being to warm her pelt and so Stormkit woke. Blinking open her eyes, stormkit crawled out of her nest, her legs trailing from behind her. Suddenly she tripped over her paws and landed with a squeak. Getting up, the tabby prayed to starclan that she hadn't woken up the younger kittens. After a while, stormkit dragged herself out of the nursery. '' Hey softgaze....I have a question that I don't like to talk about....What's it like to be able to jump,walk,run and pounce?'' stormkit mewed, her gaze drifting from the white queen to her lame legs that trailed uselessly after her. A useless lame and limp burden.

Softgaze looked warmly at Stormkit, and settled down beside her.She was quiet for a moment before she smiled softly."There is nothing like the feeling of wind rushing through your fur when you run as fast as you can, or of being in the air the moment before you land back on the ground. It's what freedom feels like.However there are even better things to feel in life. The kind of freedom we feel from being able to move around so easily, is only temporary. Every cat will someday lose the ability to jump so easily or run so fast. The better things we can feel, are the things that don't ever fade away, that can't be taken away from us in a single moment or after many moons. Your legs can't stop you from feeling those things, unless you let them."She mews, and licks Stormkit's ear gently.
