Yeah, that's good enough for an earth pride since none of the current zvers are related. In Quartan3 prides, the leader is really the only one with a significant rank, followed by his son, the sub male. The rest of the pride just lives together equally, following their leader's orders and protecting one another. Let me grab my laptop and I'll post what I've written about zver societal roles and hierarchy. Just a sec.

Although prides are mostly made up of biologically related zvers, incest is strictly prohibited within zver society. For this reason, outsiders are accepted into a pride as a mate to one of the family members. These outsiders are zvers that have been banished from their own pride(usually due to an uprising in which a different male takes over as the new leader and the old leading family leaves with their cubs) or zvers that have left their pride for their own reasons.
The alpha male’s primary responsibilities include protecting the cubs and birthing mothers, tending to the elderly, and fighting off intruders who would take over the pride’s land. As the alpha male is generally the strongest member of the pride, he is seen as a protector and guide. When he goes out with the hunting party, he directs the group using his telepathic ability, making sure they are correctly positioned to take down enough prey to feed the whole pride.
The alpha female is actually not viewed as a leader within the pride. Her primary responsibility is the nurture and teaching of her cubs, especially that of the first born son. Since the first born son of the alphas is destined to become the next alpha someday, the alpha female’s duty is one of the most highly revered in the pride and the other pride members often put her needs before their own to make sure their future leader is always well taken care of and protected.
