"The reason I don't enjoy it is because I'm simply not that good at it." He admitted. Since he wasn't raised in the clan, he had never learned how to swim. His two legs never brought him into water that was deep enough to swim; only enough to bathe him every now and then.

She smiled and padded over to the elders den and looked over too the sleeping elders. She hesitated too wake them up, considering they were old, and grumpy, but did it anyway, "Wake up." She said shaking the two elders lightly, once they were awake she signaled for her too give the squirrel.

His eyes flickered open and he hissed, his ears back, "I'll get you.. You mangy Thistleclan cats!" He whispered. When he realized he was awake, and not battling he rose to his paws, a grumpy look on his face. "Ehh?" He said looking at the squirrel the apprentice had in her jaw.

Feeling a light shake and the request to wake up, the elders eyes fluttered open gently. She stayed curled up, also remaining silent as she gazed kindly at the nervous apprentice.

Fleapaw//
At her mentors gesture, she set the squirrel in first of the two elders. "I, um, caught my first squirrel today...and I thought you guys would like it." She meowed, a bit nervous around the two cats. She knew how elders could often be.

[Queen of flames]

Cloverfrost nodded "Yes, I am not good swimmer either, never been never will" she purred walking ahead toward the river.

Blueflame smilled "I could touch you..."she purred playfully "...Okey...Just kidding" she meowed waving her tail like some happy dog.

Marplepaw overheared the other apprentices "first squirrel huh?" she hissed to himself, feeling little bit envious about it. Looking at his paws angrily "If only my mentor could show up, I could catch mine own squirrel or even rabbit" he thought biting his lips.

He chuckled lightly at Blueflames offer, "I'll have to pass up on that offer for now." He answered with a smile, though his answer was serious.

checkers sniffed around the forest, looking for any prey, or somebody whom he could talk to. pine scents
floated into his nose, but some decent cat scent was wedged in between. the kittypet didn't seem to notice,
but as it got stronger he felt himself start to boil uncomfortably.

He looked at the nervous she-cat and grabbed the squirrel and split it up, giving one half too Pebbleheart and keeping the other. "Well thank ya." He said nodding at the she-cat and biting into the squirrel. "How about after I'm done I'll tell you a story, about Thistleclan." He said flicking his tail.

checkers heard voices of other animals, but thought they were just in his head. okay... nothing to worry about... checkers repeatedly meowed, but realized that maybe the other animals could hear him. shivering, checkers padded closer, and observed from the borders of camp, stalking unusually, his fluffy fur prickled.
