The leader had completely forgot about the decision she had to make that day. "I'll figure that out later." She scented the air for the scent of prey but she couldn't scent any in the area. "We should probably move to hunt. I think all the prey here has left, probably from us playing." Wrenstar turned back to Sandstripe.

"Yeah," Jackalflight mewed with a slight nod, "they can be sometimes." The she-cat lifted up a paw and licked it, smoothing down a piece of fur on her shoulder that had been ruffled by the wind. "Well, err, let's just say the worst of them would be the entire clan going up in flames." The she-cat shuddered slightly at the memory and tucked her paw back in beneath her tail, which was still wrapped around herself.

Rainnose glanced around the clearing before turning back to Blood. Wrenstar must not be here right now. He thought to himself. Blood'll just have to stay in the nursery for now. The tom bounded towards the nursery, flicking his tail for Blood to follow. He padded up to one of the nests and set the three kits gently down inside it before turning back to the mother. "You can stay in here until our leader comes back."

After a bit, Junipershadow returned to camp with his couple pieces of prey hanging from his jaws. The tom padded over to the fresh-kill pile and set the pieces of prey down along with the rest.

Stonepaw let out a quiet yawn and got to his paws, shaking the bits of moss and dust out of his gray fur. "Alright, alright I'm up." He mewed. The tom glanced towards the den exit, where the angle of the sun was causing it to shine right into most of the dens, one of those being the apprentice's den.

Alderpaw landed on her paws about a mouse-length away from her mentor. She was panting slightly from exhaustion but kept trying to 'defeat' her mentor. The apprentice turned back to face her, crouching low to the ground, waiting for her mentor to make the first move.

the gray and white she-cat sat in the medicine den, sorting herbs with a bored expression on her face. there was plenty of each plant-- no need to go out and get more, and her apprentice was nowhere to be seen. everything had been quiet for the past few days, perhaps she should take a walk? rising to her paws, she trotted out of the medicine den, momentarily blinded by the bright sunlight.

Stormspirit twitched his dusky gray ears, eyes traveling from place to place with no apparent destination. the tom sat idly in camp, under the shade of a leafy green tree. for the past few days everything had been quiet. he'd gone out to hunt a few times, but otherwise was invisible in the eyes of his clanmates. he spotted Swanfeather coming out of her den-- she probably wouldn't talk to him either. sighing, he lowered his head onto his paws, tail flicking with impatience.

he nodded and padded in. a little further in he stopped dead in his tracks. he looked at the rabbit, who didn't see him coming. "I'll scare it towards you!" he hissed quietly. he stalked forward, keeping low. once he got close enough he ran out. "boo!" he snarled and watched it flee with terror towards the leader with a small laugh.

once her apprentice was close enough she shot upwards with her back paws. she twisted in the air, trying to land on her apprentice. she didn't leap high, as she never wanted to hurt addlerpaw though she needed to learn that enemies don't just give up.

Wrenstar crouched down quickly as the rabbit darted towards her. With a pounce, she had the rabbit between her paws and within a second, it has gone limp after a nip to it's spine. She took a step back from the limp rabbit and began digging a hole to bury it in so they could come back for it later.
