Something weird happened to me yesterday, I got a Shiny Chansey via Wonder Trade, but when it evolves, guess what happens? It loses its Shininess! I'm like "WT@!?"

no, no. it doesn't loose it's shininess, shiny bliss is just like shiny pikachu, its pink and white, but it's pink is just slightly lighter, its hard to even see the difference.

It was probably hacked shiny then which wouldn't be uncommon for WT or GTS.
