Wolfheart nodded at Hawkheart's words. "Good advice, I'll be sure to take it to heart." He then heard Willowstep come up and he nodded with a smile. "Thanks. You fought really well today, Willowstep, we may not have been able to do it without you."

Willowstep flicked her ears back slightly, tilting her head at his words. After a moment, she spoke. "I'm sure you would have found a way. Cosmicstar didn't make you deputy for nothing." She thought about leaving, then, because there was no way they didn't find her as awkward as she found herself, but as she was turning to go, her eye caught the blindside of Wolfheart, and she forced herself to look away too sharply. The tip of her tail twitched as she internally chided herself. 'First you called Lostpaw Juniperkit, and now you were staring at another cat's injury! What are you doing?!' Coughing slightly, she momentarily forgot her wounded shoulder while she tried to escape the scene with some sense of dignity still intact. Yet her slight lapse in memory was soon remedied as she put her entire weight on the shoulder, and hissed softly in pain.

Cosmicflare knew that this would have to be dealt with. "I'll announce it that apprentices must not leave camp without being accompanied by a warrior...and that Boulderclaw lost his life today..." He mewed and then glared at the ground as he said the next sentence. "I'm going to have to teach those three apprentices a lesson." He said with an angered tone but also half concentrating on Amberfur sorrowfully walking away, he knew that he had hurt her and he would have to fix that...but how? He thought as he stared after Amberfur with troubled eyes.

Thunderpaw exchanged a sad glance with his fellow clan mate before hearing Larkpaw and Jackdawpaw still at it, he became enraged and snapped at the two. "Are you two mouse-brains?! A clan member has died and your just sat there useless and flirting you pieces of fox-dung!" He yowled at them.

Firefly knew that the apprentice had gone, he woulnd deal with him later.

boltstrike dipped his head politely to hickorygale, nodding slightly at the idea of forming a hunting patrol. the clan probably needed prey after all.

jackdawflight nodded, pulling away from larkpaw's embrace slightly. "what? we'll just fight them?" he teased slightly, shaking his head.
