If Bill wanted to kill Dipper, he could've done so in Sock Opera.
Sure, while he was in Dipper's body he threw himself down a flight of stairs and got stabbed with forks, SURE, but he easily could've 'killed' Dipper's body. But he didn't. Zephyr's point is valid.
