"Where is Swiftclaw, Crystalwing?" Solsticetalon asked her with no emotion.

Thunderpaw snarled as Creekpaw landed in front of him. "Nightpaw...go, get out of here. Save yours-." He paused before ending the sentence as Creekpaw spoke his name. His eyes widened. "How...do you know my name?"

cherrytail was officially bored. no sign of any of the apprentices, and everyone was sitting around quietly as if a bunch of youngsters missing was no big deal. narrowing her unique colored eyes, the molly marched over to crystalwing and solsticetalon. "someone's finally about to go on patrol, huh?" she asked, raising her nose, making it very clear she was displeased with something. "count me in." her tone left no room for argument, and she cast a threatening look right at solsticetalon as if she just knew he was going to say no.

Crystalwing
"He's just ouside the camp..." Crystalwing mewed, trying not to hiss. Solsticetalons cold tone got her feel very uncomfortable and a bit angry.

Nightpaw
"You can't fight three rogues alone!" Nightpaw resisted and stepped forward.

[ℱ ᴀ ɪ ʀ ʏ Ƭ ᴀ ɪ ℒ]

Solsticetalon opened his mouth to say no but saw her challenging glare and reluctantly agreed. "Don't slow us down." Was the last words he mewed to her before taking a few steps towards the exit of camp and signalling for the others to follow.

Thunderpaw looked at Nightpaw with worried eyes. "I don't want you getting hurt Nightpaw...just go."

cherrytail rolled her eyes at crystalwing and solsticetalon. "you two need to go back to apprenticeship if a simple change of tone gets you two a hissin' and glarin'," the molly muttered to herself, shaking her head in disgust, whiskers twitching. she hated it when her clanmates fought- it was so uncivilized. walking after solsticetalon, the red molly lifted her tail, barely keeping herself from chiding the two.

creekpaw rolled his eyes, irritated. "i know everybody's name, thunderpaw," he mewed quietly, sitting down and flicking his tail over his paws in a relaxed position. "i don't exist, remember?"

firefly nodded gently. "you aren't exactly helping by sneaking out of camp without a warrior," he agreed quietly, looking back at batpaw. "so you can fix that first,"

Solsticetalon lashed his tail at the remark. "It seems as though your the one who needs to go through the teachings of an apprentice again Cherrytail, know your place." He snapped before yowling for Swiftclaw. "Swiftclaw!"

Thunderpaw flicked his ears, unsure of what to do. "You're just an imposter, Creekpaw died moons ago."

cherrytail glared at him icily. "at least i'm not going all cold on my clanmates for absolutely no reason. dear starclan, who put a thorn in your moss?" the molly huffed, before her whiskers twitched in anger. "i have a right to voice my opinion- i don't care about rank. it's not like i said anything that wasn't true." picking up her pace until she was alongside him, her namesake tail twitched slightly as she awaited an explanation.

"i know it was the wrong thing to do... i just didn't want them to get hurt. and then if i told a warrior and the warrior came, thunderpaw and nightpaw would've hated me forever... but even now they'll hate me for bailing on them. my priories are all messed up," batpaw muttered, shaking his head. blinking his slate grey eyes, he then fell silent. "i'll talk to thunderpaw and nightpaw later." admittedly, batpaw didn't want to talk to either of them, and definitely not the twosome together. but he didn't have much of a choice. this is as much my fault is theirs, isn't it? shaking his head, a soft sigh escaped his maw. his whiskers twitched ever so slightly. could he really evade blame? he fell silent for a few moments, before turning back towards the area in front of them. "is training starting tormorrow?"

"have you heard the tale of creekpaw's history? i was born to a parent with different coloured eyes," creekpaw explained quietly, opening his eyes gently and moving closer to thunderpaw. "do you see the streaks of gold in my almost gray eyes? the other clan members must have told you that the gold streaks are the tell tale sign of creekpaw,"

"good, it's not a good idea to have many arguments with clanmates when you are such an important cat in your clan. you'll need to learn to control your temper," firefly explained lightly, trotting along beside his apprentice. "yes, i'll ask bearstar to change your mentorship and then we'll start. sound good?"

[ℱ ᴀ ɪ ʀ ʏ Ƭ ᴀ ɪ ℒ]

Solsticetalon gave her a stubborn and cold response, as he always had. He ignored her words and did not reply as she awaited for a response next to him. Flexing his claws he became impatient of waiting for Swiftclaw. "Swiftclaw." The tom snarled angrily.

Thunderpaw interrupted him before he could tell the tale anymore. "Shut up, you're boring me with your thistledown." He said faking a yawn. "All I care about is you leaving."
