Miramar prefers to keep her past a secret, though a few know it. She had an ordinary life of a mermaid, then she reached 15. Hunters came, killing her family and injuring her, causing the right fin of her tail to become torn. However, she managed to survive, with the help of others in the colony. Personality: Beck is very curious and adventurous. He likes to explore the deep waters, something that he didn't really have at his old home. He is, however, wary of humans. Having seen sailors hauls mermaids from the water, never to return, he's a little afraid of them. Still, his curiosity draws him to them, just far enough away to be out of reach.

Appearance: Beck is mixed ethnicity, originally from the Gulf Shores. He had dreadlocks that are grown a little past his shoulders, and curly hairs that pokes out here and there. Beck's skin is a medium brown with a reddish undertone. He has several tattoos that link him back to his old clan from the gulf.

His tail is black and white with red and yellow accents.

Hair color: Dark brown with red and blonde undertones.

Other: He speaks with a deep Southern/Cajun accent.

History: Beck grew up near the shores of Louisiana. As a child, venturing into freshwater rivers and streams was a thrill, where snakes and alligators outnumbered fish. As he grew older, this adventurous spirit grew with him. He eventually got brave enough to leave his kin to venture into bigger waters. Beck wanted to see the rest of the world.

He's been hanging around the Conch clan for a while now, not really earning any rank, but just kind of being there.
