Rosethorn followed Lily inside the warrior's den, sensing that she would need a little help. "Smell the nest, see if you can smell a cat-scent on it." Rosethorn said. She knew the nest was empty, but she wanted to start Lily off with some basics.

(and yeah i think Rosethorn and duskpaw can be out looking for herbs and they can find Shadowstorm in the woods or something :3)

Lily sniffed the nest, and she didn't smell any distinct scents. "Hmmmmm. I don't smell anything, Rosethorn, was it?" She flicked her tail, wondering if she had smelled right. "I don't know if I'm suited for this life..." She thought, jingling her collar, but no sound happened. She remembered that Parrotstar had stuffed her bell.

"Very good! To be honest i am suprised! You usually don't find kittypets that are so sense acute right away! I am very proud! And, you did get my name right." Rosethorn said happily. She turned around and started to pad out of the den. "That is the nest you will be sleeping in. In the morning you should grab something from the fresh-kill pile by the tree where Parrotstar said her intro. If you are up for it, when Duskpaw and I go look for herbs tommorow, we could give you a tour of the territory. Consider it, and tell us in the morning if you are." Rosethorn smiled and flicked her tail. "Good night Lily." She walked out of the den and entered her own. Rosethorn noticed Duskpaw was already asleep. Rosethorn smiled and lightly licked her ear. Then she plopped on her nest and fell asleep.

"Okay. See you in the morning!" She called, and she sat in the nest. She really wanted to be accepted, as Parrotstar said that she'd decide in the morning. She fell asleep.

She woke to birds chirping, and she trotted out of the den, heading for the fresh-kill pile, looking at the choices. Vole, mouse, a crow, and she snagged a mouse, sitting down.

Rosethorn sat up in her nest and licked a paw and drew it over her ear. She stood up and stretched and padded out of the den yawning. Rosethorn spotted Lily by the fresh-kill pile devouring a mouse. Rosethorn smiled and padded over, grabbing a vole. "Mind if I join you?"

"No, and I wanted to ask you something.." Her voice trailed off, and she took another bite of the mouse, chewing it slow. "Do you think Parrotstar will let me join? And I'd love to go with you and Duskpaw to tour the territory." She smiled, cocking her head.

Rosethorn sat down by lily and started to chew at her vole. "I think so. Usually, if their is a rouge or a kittypet wandering around, usually leaders don't allow them in camp unless they see potential. I see potential, why shouldn't Parrotstar? You did much better then the usual untrained kittypet in the scenting area, I see much promise." Rosethorn took another bite of vole. "We can go out and tour the territory once Duskpaw wakes up (gets online). It would do her good for another tour anyway." Rosethorn smiled and continued to eat her vole.

Lily was happy she would most likely get accepted to Rainclan. She knew she'd have a lot to learn. "Okay! I can't wait!" She meowed loudly, finishing her mouse. "That was good..." Her voice trailed off, thinking about her twoleg food. It was crunchier than this was, but she enjoyed the mouse. She waited for Duskpaw to get up.

"I'll be right back," Rosethorn said to Lily. Rosethorn padded over to the medicine cat's den and and shook Duskpaw. "Duskpaw, wake up! We are going to collect herbs in the forest remember? And we are taking Lily on a tour of the forest on the way. Come on Duskpaw, wake up! Rise and shine!" Rosethorn mewed while giggling.
