dependends on which Rose dog
though if its the Red one they might want to add maybe 1 2010 Rare considering that the rose is a September pet
its pretty fair even if its only a rare its older and there is not as many of them as the store dog

For the target dog, the first one is better because of the gray dragon. For the may lion, neither are very good but I'd say that the first one is slightly better.

For the target dog, the first one is better because of the gray dragon. For the may lion, neither are very good but I'd say that the first one is slightly better.

Note:the first one did not have the Gray dragon in its offer

Neither of them are very good for your Target dog. x.x It's very highly sought, which makes the value go up.
