Vague Childhood Memories

Oh, I remember when I was younger, I was at swim lessons. My friend would always talk to this boy, everyday. She always made jokes about him wearing his sisters swimsuit and such. Anyways, another girl in the swim class told my friend "You've got a crush on __________!" Then, he came. "______ likes you!Why don't we get you two married?" I felt more bad for my friend because that's her real crush. Then we did a little fake wedding and they ended up kissing in front of the teacher. Ooops...

I want to share two more memories I have. They're fading away now, and after all this time, the memories I post before are fading too.

When I was a toddler, still crawling to get around, my mom came home from the hospital one day and she had a baby with her. She went into her bedroom and sat down on her bed, leaning against the pillows and headboard. I crawled over to the foot of the bed, then climbed up and got on top of the bed. I sat down, then my mom still holding the baby, said to me, "Isn't she beautiful?" So I crawled up to my mom and kissed the baby girl on the cheek, she was my newborn little sister.

Another memory I have was when I was still a child. My dad served in the military so we traveled the world in my youth. I've only been to Greece and England, besides USA, my older sisters and parents all went to the Philippines and Japan also before I was born. We would sometimes come back to the United States to visit with family for the holidays, and one time when we came back, I saw someone I had never seen before. She had beautiful silky black hair. Black is my most favorite color for hair, but it's not common in my family, so I felt like I just needed to give her a hug. I walked straight to her and just held my arms around her and hugged her. Many years later, she is now an adult and asked me if I remember doing that? She's my cousin on my mom's side of the family. I just shy away from admitting I remembered it, but now she has forgotten.

In case I ever forget these too someday, hopefully I'll be able to come back here and read my memories.
