the cats huddled closer together as they mourned for the lost of their leader. they had just battled with six rouges, the leader had only one life was and was brutally murdered. although they did chase them away. "starclan will welcome him..." morninglight, a golden queen, murmured sadly as her tear drops spilled to the ground. the golden she-at stuffed her face in snaketar's brown and black fur.

the clan was devastated. he had lead this clan so well. now it was silverheart's turn. silverheart had been deputy for over twelve moons now and was ready, though very moved by the leader's sudden death. she knew that she would dawnclan proudly in his honor. snakestar had been the fourth leader, and now silverheart would be the fifth. she heard a tom's meow, light and sad. "you'll make snakestar proud silverstar." she shook her head. "I'm not silverstar just yet. we will sit vigual for him tonight, then bury him at sun-high tomorrow." she meowed, seeing the medicine cat began to prepare to wash his body.

silverheart looked up, seeing the sun high in the air. she gathered the elders and some close members of snakestar such as morninglight. she had been a close friend of his. "okay, lets go bury him..." she murmured sadly. she felt sorrow for her friend's deeath but awe at becoming the next leader of dawnclan. she knew she was only thirty-nine moons old, a little young for being leader and hoped the cats would't have doubt for her.

she watched as the elders lowered the body of snakestar down. "I'll make you proud." she wanted to meow, but it came out as a sorrowful whisper.

it was now a four moons later, and the clan had been getting on better. she felt proud to be a leader. she had seen most of her family, snakestar, ashwhisker the medicine cat before, and froststar the leader before snakestar. will dawnclan be okay? or will their be yet another disaster? we shall see...

[ the camp ]

this is dawnclan's camp. it is huge gorge in the ground.
down below there is a small stream that runs through the
camp, that branched off the river. their camp has only one
way in, and one way out. the top of it is encircled with
bramble bushes, thick enough to get caught it. the large
boulders located to the left, close to the stream is where cats
tend to sun bath. on the opposite side, the boulder that is medium
sized is where the fresh-kill goes. each den is hollowed out, and is
pretty dark inside.

[ the shadow woods ]

this is where large amounts of pine trees gather, making lots of shadows
appear on this place, thus the name the shadow woods. many squirrels,
mice, and other small mammals live here. there are also thrushes, black
birds and other birds. sure, this is the over all territory but this is the
most popular hunting spot. this is a very special place to dawnclan. there
is a thunder path crossing over it if you continue to go right.
if you cross it and continue to walk forward you will find your self looking
at a small mountain. on that mountain is the moonpool.

[ the oak path ]

this is the oak path. it is located close to the shadow woods, but far enough
away. a long, narrow thunderpath is there where monsters go about. that is
also a border for dawnclan, they don't pass it. though in times, you have to and
cats have died.

[ the ocean ]

this is the ocean, if you exit the camp then take a left and keep walking through the shadow woods.
the ocean is rather large, with lots of fish. cats of dawnclan wouldn't say the water is very salty,
though it carries many types of fish. it is a good swimming spot for cats who don't mind cold water,
and sand. many cats talk walks on the beach, or try to find some crabs and kill them. dawnclan knows
how to pry off the shells of crabs with either their teeth or claws. or both and some find them
delicious while others find it repulsing. further down, almost to the point where you can't see it is
where the two legs live. some of them venture down to where the dawnclan cats live, but they
always make it clear that this was there home, not theirs. though this large ocean some times causes
floods, or in a very rare case a tsunami.

[ the creek ]

this is the creek. lots of rocks are held here, and most our pointy enough to send you
to the medicine cat den at the start. after a little while, it simmers down and is
slow-paced and a great swimming spot. the creek doesn't have very many fish though.
branching off if it at the end is the river, and the river slims and then the stream that
flows into camp is what it is. some little fish are located in the creek. most cats would
father swim in the river.

[ mouse - very common ]

the mouse very common, often found in
the shadow woods, the oak path, or just the woods. though
they are not found in the ocean or any were along the beach.
they are offend easy to attack, but are partly small.

[ squirrel - very common ]

the squirrel is often found in the shadow woods, searching
for nuts. squirrels are also searching around close to the entrance
of camp, but only a few. their are often two or three running up
trees. they are also found by the creek, often taking sips of
the clear water.

[ thrush - common ]

the thrush is usually found by the oak path or the
shadow woods, searching for worms. they are
decently easily to hunt.

[ blackbird - common ]

much like the thrush, black birds can
be found the oak path or the shadow
woods. black birds are slightly more
tough to ketch though. they are often
found looking for worms. some venture
to the ocean.

[ rabbit - uncommon / rare ]

the rabbit is found in the oak path, but
is pretty uncommon or rare. when they
do occur, it takes usually two warriors to
kill one, though they are usually big.

[ small crab - common ]

the crab is located in on the beach.
while these creatures are common, they
are not easily spotted. they are also
hard to kill, you have to hold you paw
on their back to suffocate them then you
claw their hard shells off.

[ hermit crab - uncommon ]

the hermit crabs are usually latched to some
mossy coral some what deep into the ocean.
most don't like them, though in tough times
they are needed.

[ fish - common ]

the fish are located in the creek and ocean. they are mostly
a decent sized, and easy to ketch it you want to kill some time.
there are a bunch of fish, big and small.













[ fox - uncommon ]

foxes usually come from the thick forest behind
dawnclan's territory. they are uncommon, though
are still there sometimes. there are usually three
at a time, and the mothers are very protective
over their babies.

[ tiger shark - uncommon ]

tiger sharks come close to shore, unlike most other
sharks. they usually don't strike, but in times they
do. they hunt small fish, and have sharp teeth, be
aware.

[ stingray - common ]

stingrays are found in the ocean, looking
for food. most of them are in the deep
waters but the tinier ones always seem
to end up close to shore. their tails will
hurt you, cats advise to leave it be.
