Because of her search for Lightningpaw, Emeraldsky zoned out. She snapped back as Bramblefrost asked her something. "Oh," her ears flattened. She dipped her head in greeting to the tom. "I am looking for Lightningpaw," she replied with a smile. "We are traveling Moonstone so he can be accepted by StarClan as the medicine cat apprentice."

"Do you need help?" He said, looking at the surroundings a bit. He shouldn't have gone far from when I last saw him he told himself. BrambleFrost turn back to the she-cat and smiled.

Lightningpaw clawed his way up a tree. His paw slipped and he cursed, "mousedung!" Finally he heaves himself to the top and plopped down, balancing his sturdy frame on the branches. He looked up at the warriors of Starclan, each one twinkling with what seemed new meaning tonight.

Emeraldsky nodded. "Thank you," she meowed, tasting the air for Lightningpaw's scent. She caught the faint smell of him, but that was hours ago. Emeraldsky glanced at different places. "I guess I will keep looking around in camp. And then I'll start looking for him in the forest," she said.
