willow's life was a series of tragedies right
from the start, her being a c-section and
her mother nearly dying from blood-loss.
a few months later her mom died from a
heart attack, right after she'd been dared
to give her a scare by her cousins. her fat
her decided to join the military after that
incident, and died on his first mission whi
le serving. she stayed with her aunt, and s
oon after she settled in, her uncle went
missing and was never found. bad things f
ollowed little innocent willow around and
never left her alone, bringing tear after t
ear from her eyes, leaving her to weep o
n the ground each time. she was nearly k
idnapped twice, got so many bad injuries
induced by bullies, it went on and on. eve
ry time someone died or something terribl
e happened, she'd walk to the weeping wi
llow and let it soak up all of her tears. and
the day the incidents finally bit her instea
d, she was found dead at it's gnarled roots.

so sweet to shake off niceness for some select people
and steal from them, but she got the hang of it eventu
ally, only taking small things from those a little richer
in their factory-filled, wheat-field home. in her spare
time, maze would practice for the games, just in case
she became tribute (which she doubted). but oh, no.
just her luck; she did get chosen. no one to save her.
