Storm looked arrogantly at Felicity, gently moving his tail. He kept his stare on the mare, he panted angrily and turned away from her, moving to the grazing grounds. Storm angrily bite the air thinking of how to take Felicity off the position Lead Mare. What was so bad about him?

Felicity whickered softly to Nessa, but she dare not move her eyes on Storm again.
'He has a temper, he will commit a crime which will be unforgiving.' Felicity frowned slightly as she thought of what lay ahead.
'Little One, do you think that we need a new lead stallion?' Felicity asked Nessa, as she shifted from one foot to the next.

Nessa pawed the ground nervously, then straightened up and looked at the mare.

'He saved my mother. For that, I am eternally grateful.' She walked over to Nieva and nuzzled her mane, half grooming, half hugging. she looked over to felicity, 'Storm cares about his herd. that's what makes a good lead stallion.'

[Faint]

Felicity nodded before trying to find Storm among the forest.
'Caring but unwise. I will take him off lead stallion.'

[JamBlack]

'What do you mean Take him off? This herd needs him. This small herd needs a lead stallion and, no offence, you cannot simply make him dissapear.' Never before did Nessa argue with Felicity. It was her who had let her into the herd, her who first talked to her, her who rescued Nessa from the wolves.

'Wolves,' Murmured Nessa. Where had they gone?

Nieva looked at Felicity in shock. "Storm has every right to be lead stallion! If it weren't for him I would be dead, eaten by wolves." she neighed her brown eyes flashing with anger. She shook her head sadly and shuffled next to Storm. "She will remember, I hope." she sighed and lightly flicked her muzzle on his flank. "She doesn't mean what she says Storm." Nieva whispered to the stallion.

Nessa lay her head on her mothers side, then quickly retracting, forgeting to check that the area was wound free

Chance raised her head, her ears pricked as she watched Storm move away from Felicity. Curious as to what happened, the mare moved towards the stallion but quickly changed direction as she saw the mare, Nieva next to him.

[Faint]

Felicity looked silently at Nieva and nodded her head.
'But Mahogany knows what she is doing and she will not give Storm a chance,' she shuddered quietly before setting off to the grazing grounds.
Felicity didn't know what her mouth had said a minute ago, she couldn't believe that such cruel dark words exited her maw. The mare slowed down to a walk before drooping her head down to graze.

Storm just flicked his ears and didn't smile when Nieva had neared to him. He snorted shortly in reply before looking at his herd.
'Why is Felicity against me?' he questioned softly.

Mahogany was vindictive at the moment and she greatly wanted Storm to lose his position. She was moving silently in the ackground, witnessing everything that was happening around her. She didn't make any sound but she had to hold her deep quick breathing as she thought about attacking Storm. She tried to find a better position, before quickly taking all the strength she could get and leaping out at Storm. Her teeth angrily aiming at his neck.

Chance raised her head abruptly, her ears back against her head as she watched the mare, Mahogany leap out at Storm. Snorting loudly, she half reared, a high pitched whinny erupting form her maw before slamming her hooves off the ground as she landed.

[Faint]

Mahogany's weight pushed down Storm nevertheless her maw was still firmly fixed on Storm's neck, she could easily manipulate him with just the movement of her jaw. she could hear the sudden fear of the horses around her but that didn't bother her, she bit deeper into Storm's neck.

Storm fell suddenly onto the ground, it was a sudden movement from Mahogany, and he pushed angrily into her chest as he tried to throw her off.
