Hello! My name is Jekyl (Pronounce it Jay-kyle) And this is NOT A DIARY!!! It is, in fact, a book made of chocolate! Therefor it is called a candyland because why not. Most pets were turned into candy, but not me! I have to turn everyone back! The evil king turned everyone to candy so he wouldn't have to re-stock the shelves!
That's not how logic works.Anyways, this is my dad

I don't have any siblings, but my friend was changed into candy.
This is really bad! I'm going to head out to find a way to change everyone back!

{That was fast!}
Hello! I'm back! Our story begins with me waking up from a visit to my friends grandparents house, their names are Honey and Snickers.
Jekyl! Jekyl! Wake up! -Honey
Hmm? Still sleepy... Do I smell candy? -Jekyl
You do! Everyone who went outside last night was turned into candy! -Snickers
However, you were outside, but weren't changed! At all! There's something special about you! -Honey
I woke up to find that we were inside a gingerbread house!
We can't go outside to see what happened to our crops, could you fill in for us? -Snickers
Sure thing! -Jekyl
I headed outside. Why am I the only one to not be changed? I wondered. There must be others...
Once I reached the fields, I stopped and stared in shock.
Gummy worms slithered along, eating chocolate and vanilla mushrooms, some were slithering towards gumdrops!
Oh no! The crops!
This was a disaster!
