of defeat. "My darling Seth did the nurse
accidentally drop you when you were born?"

the blonde hummed but then finally stopped
and ran her fingers through her blonde locks
as she finally noticed that renji was looking at
her, she started to blush " ahh sorry"

not really really catching the tone of her sarcastic comment, he answered. "yeah. why?" he asked innocently as he tilted his head a bit to the side.

renji

"no no, don't stop on my account..." the red head said in an embarrassed, tone, leaning back into the chair.

she face palmed herself "i'm going home"
she said getting up and exiting the coffée
shop

Lily
"nahh i was actually done" she said smiling
she turned around as she heard the door
closed of the coffée shop "ahh would you
look at that" she said chuckling

the neko watched her get up and walk away. "no, wait!" he said, getting up as he ran after sasha, wondering if it was he who had made her mad.

renji

the red head was watching the people walk around and take their places, he turned his head and looked to what lilly was showing him. a small smirk appeared on his face. "he. he got on her nerves." he mumbled lightly,as his gaze landed on seth, who had scrambled up from his seat and followed.

she turned around as she heard him
"look Seth i am currently having a
headache why don't you just go home hm"
she said placing her hand on his shoulder

Lily
"ahhh this is gonna be entertaining" she
got up and happling followed Renji outside

seth

"but why?" he asked, tilting his head a bit. "i could,uh, help you calm you headache down!" the blonde suggested, suddenly becoming animated.

renji

nodding slightly as he got up too and followed her to the door, pushing his red hair back, he glanced at lilly, and then back outside.

"hahah no no no need i am perfectly fine
you shouldn't waste your precious time on
me" she said with a nervous laugh

she walked towards Sasha holding back her
smile "hey what's up you okay you really don't
look well" she said trying her best not to laugh

• I smacked my lips together, pouting them in different poses in front of my mirror. I sighed as I placed the lipstick away, blankly staring at my reflection. My lips were burgundy and they suited me well, but I just did not like that aura it gave off. It was too mysterious, too... How should I put it... Tragic. It embraced my lip form and every curve encarved, but I simply could not enjoy that shade. It did not match my personality and no matter how well it ribboned my plump lips, I was in no means ready to accept that color. I shifted my chin onto my right hand, gazing relentlessly at my reflective glass. Before the clock could tick its way through time, I swiped that burgundy off with a moist tissue and trotted off of my chair.

• I jumped onto my bed, exhaling with a smirk as I closed my evergreen eyes. I couldn't halt myself from smiling centuries... I was just so happy, so satisfied... I was finally in love with a person I knew was a keeper in my heart's dungeon. He was the crown, while I was his jewels. He was the crow and I was his branch. He was a perfection- Atleast in my point of view. I found his shining locks absolutely delectable and that toothy smile of his made me melt. His striking glances clogged my mind and his fragile arms would wrap me with endless warmth.

• As I viewed my phone, I was deeply disappointed at what I saw. Messages coming from every corner, besides from him. I wouldn't lie. I gained quite the popularity as I obtained my little darling. Hmph, but our personalites just made the optimus of combinations. He was a shy, creative angel, whilst I was a bubbly, bright and bold blossom. It would be an understatement to claim that I was extroverted. I was a complete confident mess and everyone knew about it. Everybody calls me Marmalade these days, due to the fact that I am as sweet as a pastery delight.

Bzzzt. I guess I was going to a waste a few decades struggling with my heart.

• I gave Jamin a sympathy splattered grin as I traced with my free index finger over my lips. They were stained a baby rosa, enhancing the size of my only pair of puckers. It was the newest piece to my everlasting collection of cosmetics and I absolutely adored it. It did not only give me another blast of confidence, it also gave a sweet bite with my leaf jeweled eyes. I couldn't help but feel proud of my catch. I fixated my vibrant optics onto the charcoal haired, concentrating on ways to fix his cold soul.
I hummed to support my thinking as we were tapping ourselves down the hall and towards our history class.

• My daisy colored ears were perked as I snatched the whispers of nearby students. I was only a few moments around this guy and rumors were already spreading. I could feel their glares burn the back of my head- It made me bother the familiar question- Why was he so popular again? Because you could cool your cola in his heart? Or because he was so stunning that his characteristics were completely ignored and pushed outside? Man, oh, man, why am I so irritated by this again?

• My eyes lit up with fire as I stopped my stepping and faced him abruptly. I smiled brightly as I announced with a satisfied tone,"I am going to call you Jam! Jamin sounds too formal and I am already known as Marmalade, so why not give you a similar nickname? I thought Jam was really suiting, since you...", I trailed off as I realised that there was no other explanation for his new name, other than it was really cute. To save myself, I threw a smile on my face, distracting the odd unfinished sentence of mine.

• I looked at him avidly, excitingly awaiting his reaction. I knew it wasn't going to be something overly amazed, but I had a feeling he would accept it like a man. I silently giggled as I imagined all of his possible facial expressions to my announcement. I knew he wasn't going to embrace it, but it would be amusing to see him do so, wouldn't it? Jamin and positivity is like a meowing dog. I don't prefer pessimistic beauties, but there is always an exception. And when I am done with pouring the dark as a human with buckets of glitter, I am pretty sure something, just something would enlighten him for a slight change.

• I couldn't stop myself from being my own source of humor. Jamin was just too fun for my mind. I guess it really is my fate to kill this boy's sorrowful state of mind. It would be an energy draining task, but I was prepared and ready to work. I am assuming that a bite to eat would be a good start... I mean, it would be a nice, casual beginning, don't you think so?

• I pulled my forehead together in confusion as I felt something in the pocket of my lemon stung jeans. I pulled the unknown object out of its hide and stared at it with a bitter struck lip tuck. My other hand was balancing my books, while I stood still, my right hand gripping the burgundy lipstick. It was an expensive one, but I had too much hatred implanted on the color that I didn't give a whisk about its value. I lightly ran to a nearby trashbin, throwing it away with a tad of too much aggression.

• As I trotted back to the blank slated face of Jamin, I settled my anger and nodded with a friendly smile. I didn't know why, but I liked his quiet observing optical marbles. They resembled a wolf and calmed my nerves. No matter how many emotions he would show in a year, could change the calming effect of his eyes. I think I am starting to like this rock.

But please don't gift me a burgundy lipstick, Jam.

"wha?" seth asked, his eyes widening. "are you mad at me? what'd i do?" he asked, stepping back, his eyebrows furring together as he asked so.

renji

the red head followed lilly out and stood by seth. " hm. seth, you look a bit angry. something wrong?" he asked ever so innocently, looking to sasha and then back to his cousin.

she was so beautiful. the only one time he had ever fallen in love, which had ended up breaking his heart. it had happened six years ago, when he was twelve years old. he ended up fallen for a brunette who had never really taken any notice of him. he was a shy, quiet kid, who never really spoke in class or did anything to attract attention from his teachers or class fellows.

anyway, she was so popular and he was a nobody. he was quite, and she was a gossip girl. he was too shy to ask, and eventually, as they grew up, she got a boyfriend and moved from town, leaving his heart shattering into millions of little pieces, causing him to vow to himself never, ever to fall in love again.

and it had worked.

he had learned to control his emotions, and remain ever-calm. turning into, what people called, a rock, with a cold heart. but he didn't care. who cared for what others thought? definitely not him.

blinking his dark eyes, the boy turned his head to look at shiori as she suggested him that nickname. "Jam? seriously?" he asked in tone that told that he was just questioning her. "Jam? i wouldn't like to go around with people calling me that. so it's best that'd we keep it between ourselves, okay?" he ordered in a firm but kind of gentle tone, but, without knowing it himself, allowing her to call him with his new nickname.

"Marmalade?" the raven haired boy asked, arching an eyebrow as she exposed her nickname. " I can see why.." he mumbled, but loud enough to be heard, wearing a very small smile on his thin lips. he turned his head away again, looking ahead, and then back at her as he watched her run to a dust bin and throw a small object in there and run back to where he was.

turning his head, he watched her for a minute, raising an eyebrow as he did so. "you know you're pretty weird." jamin observed, pushing his dark locks to a side, his dark pupils blinking lightly. " You're okay, kid." he boy said, looking down at her as he wore another small smile.
