not sure about the pup but the tess horse was an extended release so it only worth about an early 09 rare

1. Worth roughly 2 09 rares or so from earlier 09. Has decent demand
2. Was available for a long period of time and worth a mid-late 09 rare or so. Tess horses don't have the best demand so it might not get a good demand pet

It's worth a tier swap or about 7 mixed 09 rares

1. Worth another good demand very rare or a couple 09 rares. Has good demand and can get good offers
2. Was available for a long period of time so it's worth a mid-late 09 rare. Doesn't have the best demand, so it's likely to get a pet of similar demand/species
