His ears twitched at BatPaws words and he turned to look at him. His ears flattend even more. The
white tom sighed softly."I- I´m sorry. This is my fault. If I could had been a better mentor, this would
have never happend." He meowed sadly, staring at the cold ground. Then, he began to mumble.
"Things weren´t always like this... It all happend when she died..." The tom meowed sadly straing
at the ground, his eyes clouded with grief.

Batpaw's maw flew open, and he barely withheld and anguished cry. Windtail was a cat. Really, he was. And the petite tom felt it a lot deeper than the claw he had received yesterday. Unlike what he'd said to Sunpaw, Windtail really wasn't a thing sent to make him miserable. "W-Windtail..." he stammered weakly, not realizing how fragile and tormented his mentor was. It was a lot like himself in a way, but at the same time, not. Batpaw shifted awkwardly, listening to the agony in his mentor's voice. History tends to repeat itself, and opposites attract. Not similarities. Why won't my tongue work? "D-don't apologize, n-n-neither one of u-us we're perfect... we both messed up- w-who died? W-who was -s-s-she?" the ebony tom stammered out a confused and miserable manner, alarm and a deep sense of foreboding striking his belly as his muscles tensed.

answerd, a light smile appearing as he rememberd the days he spent with the lost medicine cat."She
was the only cat I would accept as mentor. And I never regretted the decesion." He chuckled softly to
himself."But then.. We were attacked.. I- I wasn´t able to save her. She died right between my paws.."
WindTail spoke, tears starting to run down his cheeks as the tragedy filled the his mind. WindTail felt
his claws unleash, pushing inside the hard ground. He stopped speaking.

After his slight training from yesterday, Oakpaw felt a bit bored, considering he didnt do much then kick a rock a few time with his back legs. And he and his mentor found a death berry bush, thats about it. His golden eyes looked around camp, before he felt footsteps on the ground. His sibling were coming to him. He gave a smile and was going to say something, but Coldpaw interrupted.

"Oakpaw, you look a bit lost. Not like that's anything new." He said in his raspy voice before frowning. "At least you got to train yesterday, neither Ivorypaw nor i did. But, i guess it's no surprise, always pushed to the side." He meowed, his face irritated by the other,older cats.

The she cat batted at Coldpaw's nose. "Hey now! Alot has happened lately! Besides..." She said with a faint smile. "We don't need to prove anything to anyone. We are willing to work and train, and if we aren't seen, it isn't our fault. Just keep doing what you do." She said happily, with a nod.

The she cat sat beside the warriors den, licking her paw. She hadn't eaten since yesterday, and she could feel the hunger in her stomach. She was thinking of going near the stream for a fish, but waited for orders instead, with a frown on her face.

The fur along his neck fluffed up as Ravenstar padded over. He sat straighter, puffing his chest out a little. He was more rotund than stocky, but never tried to appear unappealing. Especially around Ravenstar.
"Fine. I was kept hunting a little longer than planned yesterday. Of course, I wouldn't have minded it so much if I hadn't cut my lip that morning. But everything's fine now, and I plan to head out on the next hunting patrol with Ivorypaw." His round, dark green eyes seemed to shine now that Ravenstar was in his presense. "You?"

Snailpaw returned from a trip to the dirt place. The elder's den was dirt-free. And with a lack of cats in the nursery, there really wasn't much need in changing out that moss. She sat downf for a break, looking about for her mentor. But her attention mainly focused on the camp entrance. Would they ever come back?
