The first one is fair, or little overpay on their side. Your pet is a low advent and wirth 3-4 09 rares. The 08 vr is 2 09 rares and one 10 rare and the two 10 rats make a 09 rare.
The second is unfair to you. Their pet is just worth 2 09 rares and one 10 rare.
