Aster squirms and struggles to keep his head above the icy cold water as the flood washes him away from his cardboard raft. He whimpers and whines for help, but his cries are almost inaudible.

"You okay?" Daisy nudged Lou up after he fell over. Her floppy ears pricked. "Did you hear that? It sounds like whimper. Are we sure we got everyone out of the flood?" She asked, sticking her head out of the cave. {she's talking about Aster.}
