While i really like the actual elements of the design (the tail design shape/ the arm design/the back design are wonderful), i dont think the colors are doin it for you here-
Using neon green and black is really common- so you gotta be real careful about using them so they don't make your lovely design generic quq/
I think adding a little more to it? (Perhaps turning the green- into a gradient or something) or trying to mix in another color would do wonders to make this character really unique. Or if you dont want to change the design itself- a unique accessory would help it pop too~
