so my internet at home is still down, but should hopefully be back up today or tomorrow. In the mean time though I wanted your thoughts on an idea I had. I know that one of the main issues I've been getting questions about is inactive artists. A few of the artists have contacted me and let me know why they're inactive, and they have very legitimate reasons. What I was thinking of doing is adding some temporary artists (in addition to guest artists each month, but the temporary artists will stay as long as I need them to rather than swap each month) until I can talk to the rest of the staff and see what's going on and if they're going to be able to stick with us and be active. These temp artists may have a chance at staying as permanent artists depending on how discussions with staff go and such.

please feel free to let me know what you think (either here or on the ask.fm) and if you have suggestions for people you think would make good temp artists you're welcome to send those as well ^.^

Maybe [just a thought - sorry if it is stupid ;o;] there could be a temporary artist competition? And you could choose a couple of new temporary artists each month [and there could be new contest rounds each month?] to fill in for the previously chosen temporary artists to keep the cycle going? Sorry it's stupid <3

I like the idea though, as it gives those who haven't had the chance to experience being a GA / Artist for Bear Run the opportunity and it could give those who have been a GA / those who haven't the shot at a potential artist spot c: Please don't eat me if my opinions are silly xD c:
