A warm, content feeling soon filled her belly at the senior warrior's praise. She dipped her head lightly in thanks. "I doubt I'm to go a fisher." she meowed lightly at his second comment. Stretching her legs, she strode after him, her fluffy tail curled in delight, blue eyes joyful. She twitched her whiskers slightly and kept her mouth open for scents of any other prey that may happen to wander across. Slowly, she swayed into deep thought as well.

greypetal returned from hunting with a tired body, her tail dragged behind her and ears pulled back as she dragged ger paws to the fresh kill pile, resting 2 mice, 1 vole and a bird on the pile before trembling her way back to the warriors den, her collapsing body fell to the mossbed as she fell asleep, she needed rest before she can do anymore huntingbor else she'll sleep in the forest!

He looked around camp, before finding her. He padded up to her quickly, and tapped her shoulder with his nose.

"She's learning well." He purred, looking prideful for a moment.
"We passed stonefur whilst we were out; he was doing well. Has he returned? We got a little side-tracked as I stepped on a thorn." He mumbled sheepishly, looking at his paw.

"BatPaw´s l-leaving?" WindTail was shocked. He stopped, quickly turning around and moving back, following after
where he had heard the sound. Once he reached BatPaw, WindTail stood in place, staring at BatPaw in disbelief.
"B-BatPaw, I´m sorry. I- I never meant for you to leave.." He tried to force out words, feeling sick due to this
situation and this conversation.

Batpaw heard the soft echo of Windtail's shocked voice. And, although he'd never admit it, he was quite surprised to here what he considered the most foxhearted tyrant of all... stammering. Like an actual cat, not a being from beyond the Dark Forest to make him miserable. The petite tom shifted uneasily; just as he was about to back out of the den, he heard pawsteps rushing towards him. Then they stopped. The confused tom's ears went back. Then, his turquoise eye-eyes- whatever, widened.

The world was official ending. Windtail had apologized. Batpaw, against all his better judgement, felt himself get a tingly feeling near his eyeballs. Backing up, his maw opened, but no sound would come out. Why is life so complicated? You have Sunpaw. You'll be rid of me, the menace. Are you someone sent from the Dark Forest? Am I really doing this? Does everyone really hate me? The questions assaulted; once more, another wall was torn down. Shivering more, Batpaw felt his filmy eye begin to tear up. Nooooo... I'm not going to cry. I'm not going back after what I said to Sunpaw, what Sunpaw said and did to me, and what Ravenstar said and did.... nooo... I'm Bat now... I don't belong in a clan... A tear slipped. And his wall snapped. Out of everything to say, the stupid thing possible seemed to pop from his maw. "Now you apologize?" Batpaw cried, his unusually soft voice choked. "It would've been better if you didn't. Why? Why does everyone like you so much better? Am I really that messed up?" Another tear. I hate the Starclan cat responsible for letting cats cry.

Hawktalon grinned at her head dip, and playfully batted her with his bushy tail. "Well then, we can start your lessons today," the tom mewed in his usual jovial manner, darting ahead only to see a sparrow take off. Mousedung. Ah well, can't get 'em all. As he neared the river he crouched, his emerald eyes locked on the swirling depths. "This clan is going to be sick of fish when I'm done," he mewed to himself, a small smile crossing his cream maw. Signaling for Willowfrost to sit beside him, the senior warrior went rigid save for the occasional movement of his bushy tail.
