She hissed as she approached the Hopeclan border.

Mossheart purred in her sleep enjoying the few moments of calm as the kits slept.

Ivykit wiggled out from under his brother opening his mouth like he had seen his sibling do. Nothing came out. The tiny kit tried and tried but he was mute. He scrunched up his face in frustration jabbing his nearest sibling to wake them up. He wanted to explore.

She stalked through Hopeclan territory. She had rolled in leaves before coming to conceal her sent.

Ivykit pestered his sibling more, bothering Applekit, Thunderkit and Ivykit, trying to rouse them form their sleep against their mother's belly.

Mossheart slept soundly still oblivious to her tiny kit trying to rouse his siblings to explore and cause mischief.

The camp was in view. She peeked in one den after the other. She found the nursery.

Ivykit tried to growl but no sound came out, kicking Thunderkit back.

Mossheart blinked sleepily looking at the two toms. "Ivykit, Thunderkit go *yawwwn* Go play outside..." The ginger queen fell back asleep, Ivykit nodding furiously, grabbing on on Thunderkit's tiny ears and pulled trying to drag him out.

She leapt in silently, grabbing Thunderkit, Ivykit, Applekit, and Lionkit. She didn't notice Joykit. She ran out into the forest.

Ivykit wiggled trying to get away and call out for help but the mute kit couldn't do anything.

Mossheart was too tired to notice her missing kits in that moment, still asleep unaware of what had happened.
