All my Hazards are looking for relationships*! I don't really RP much, so it'll likely just be like "oh, yeah, sure! They can be friends/enemies/etc.!" That kind of thing. Now some of my cats- Azzii and Kodii- have mates, and some- Siren- have a crush. And cats like Phoebii and Nozii are looking for crushes. Martin is looking or a mate. But all are looking for just general relationships! Except for Country. He's not looking for any kind of relationships. Shoot me a PM if you've got any!
*= by relationships I mean friends, enemies, etc. Not just full out mates

I was wondering, do you ever think there will be a chance where Teacups/PPS could grow a stage? Sparks to Teenagers, and Teenagers to Adults (so no longer being Teacups)?

I think that would defeat the purpose of teacups.
Having them as adults seem cool but it doesn't make sense to me ^^;

If teacups could grow then why would they be called teacups, you know?

To be honest, I don't find it all that bad when hazards come out to be teacups.
The teacup teens can breed now, just not the spark teacups.

There may be some teacup sparks that could grow to teacup teens in the future, but it would specifically have to say they could advance to that stage on their adoption page ;w; On the other hand, no, teacup teens will not be able to grow to adults. Considering that it's a sort of birth defect/mutation, it be sort of weird to let them bypass that <w>
