Sunpaw sighed, looking out the medicine cat den. She saw that Batpaw took the remedy off, then how he spat on it. She stomped out of the den, tired of his stupid attitude. She saw Ravenstar, but didn't care. If she was going to put up with Batpaw, she wasn't going listen to his moping. She said as calmly as she could without yelling "You're the most disrespectful cat I have ever met, and think I will ever meet. You do nothing around here, and when you do, you find herbs just so you can try to get out of trouble. I'm the one in the medicine den, treating the elders, helping Windtail. All you ever do is find a reason to go to your rock, like you want to get in trouble. Well guess what? Windtail is GONE! It's because of your stupid attitude, and not doing your punishment! YOU NEVER DO ANYTHING, AND BECAUSE OF YOUR ARGUING, WINDTAIL SCRATCHED YOU AND RAN OFF! YOU DID NOTHING, AND NOW lEAFcLAN MAY NOT HAVE A MEDICINE CAT!" Her fur was fluffed up, and her eyes were narrowed. She glared at Batpaw, not even caring she could get moons and moons of punishment for yelling in front of Ravenstar. She finally got it off her chest, though.

Ivyvine dipped her head to Spottedcloud, saying "I got a rabbit, a small squirrel, and a mouse, along with a thrush. We better get heading back. It's starting to get late." The senior warrior had trouble getting all her prey, but managed, starting to pad back to camp. She stopped, hearing some yelling, but shrugged. It sounded familiar..... Sunpaw! How could the kind apprentice be yelling? And who at? She padded faster, dropping her prey in the pile while squeezing through the entrance. She sat down, watching, but also getting the sticks out of her fur.

bad of condition? Sighing in frustaration, she lifted her gaze, forcing herself to be calm."No, Sun-
Paw. BatPaw has nothing to do with this. WindTail is an unstable cat. He can not be in any kind
of releationship, mate, friend or apprentice. You can not blame any cat for this, SunPaw. WindTail
will need time to himself, and in the mean time I will send SpottedCloud to watch over you two."
The leader meowed sternly, clearly not in the mood to be in an argument like this.

"You two go, I´ll wait for TigerBlaze and AntlerClaw." She meowed to IvyWine and SnailPaw, watching
the two leave. SpottedCloud turned her attention to the direction of where AntlerClaw and TigerBlaze
were suppoused to come from.

Batclaw yowled as teeth met his scruff, and he flailed 'till Ravenstar let go. Although it was completely insane to thrash out of a leader's grip, the apprentice had had enough. His choice had been made, whether it was foolish or not. "Everyone hates me, leave me alone," the ebony tom hissed, knowing he made no sense, but he couldn't really make anything come out of his maw right. Everything hurt. And then came the 'ratter' herself. Batpaw listened to every word, and digested it. Hate. She hated him more than any other. That was right... because Windtail actually liked her. Inhaling deeply, the blind tom turned towards her, and let one last laugh escape. After this, he was sure he'd never laugh again. Turning away from Ravenstar, he went nose to nose with Sunpaw, his entire body trembling and his lips twitching.

"You are the most immature, pathetic, biased cat I have ever met, Sunpaw. Listen to Windtail's lies. Obviously you have your head so head in the clouds with him that your completely blind. Even more blind than me... at least I take ideas and orders and try to listen to them. You know why your the only one in the den treating the elders? Because Windtail sent me to clean dirt after I took a nap. You know why I took a nap on my rock? BECAUSE I WAS UP AT TIMES YOU TWO MOUSEBRAINS WERE SLEEP, SORTING THROUGH HERBS AND FORAGING. That's right, wasting my time, getting into trouble, doing absolutely nothing. I intended to go for herbs after my nap... but of course, I just gathered pathetic herbs to get out of trouble. I totally wasn't going to collect any more. Of course all of those good herbs just jumped into the den, or where gathered by Starclan's little mouse-toy herself. Taking a breath, tears actually appeared into the corner of his eyes. Everyone hated him. Everyone. Hated. Him. "I'm not stupid, and I never will be. I didn't do my punishment because I'm not about to clean up some cats' dirt because Windtail thinks I'm lesser, because he thinks I do nothing. Maybe he should open his eyes to what I actually do. You've never cleaned dirt, and never will because your sooooo much better than me. You've never had a punishment like mine, and I always bust my tail trying to help. ALWAYS! All you foxhearts do is assume, lie, berate, throw blame and hurt me. All of you. Hate. ME! Well guess what? TODAY"S YOUR LUCKY DAY," Batpaw shouted, his entire body shivering, tears running down his face. "I"M LEAVING!"

With that, Batpaw tried to tear past Ravenstar. No. No. NO! He wasn't staying with these cats any longer! "I HATE YOU ALL TOO! LET ME GO! THE DARK FOREST HAS TO BE BETTER THAN THIS!" he yowled at the top of his lungs, his milky eyes completely glazed, snot running out of his pink nose. He was not listening anymore. His heart, head and eyeballs hurt too much. If it hadn't had been for those words uttered just moments ago, it would appear he was nought but a miserable kit having a tantrum. I gotta get away, I gotta get away, I gotta get away, I gotta get away, I gotta get away....

She sighed at BatPaw words. They hurt. Alot. RavenStar stared at the ebony tom, standing infront of him as
he tried to push past her."I can not hold anycat in place." She sighed, her ears flattening lightly."If this is what
you think of my Clan, then leave. You shouldn´t have to suffer." RavenStar meowed her voice stern. For
a cat who had previously lived in a truly deadly Clan, where you couldn´t trust anyone, RavenStar was hurt by
these words. She moved out of the way, leaving an open path for BatPaw to go. It was up to him, if he would
really go.

Sunpaw snarled, pinning Batpaw down with powerful legs. "Well, from my point of view, you get treated well! You got t go to the gathering, while I was left alone in the medicine den! That would've been my first gathering, you brat! You're always being dramatic! So what, you have to clean out dirt? For all I know, there IS no dirt in any dens! And Windtail wouldn't have scratched you if you just did your stupid punishment, and did it silently! You were always getting what you wanted! I was always alone in that small den! I did all of the work! And the only time you ever wake up is whenever someone tells you to! And at least I don't go to a stupid rock every second of my life, because I'm sad! And how dare you talk about Windtail like that! If you're going to leave, then leave now, and don't come back. I bet you won't even make it for a day without someone to do everything for you." She got off of him, letting out another growl. Her tail fluffed, she bared her fangs.

Sunpaw looked at Ravenstar, then growled "Batpaw never belonged in this Clan." She snarled, sitting down, her fur and tail fluffed, and her fangs bared, with her claws unsheathed. She may not know much, but she would do anything to get rid of Batpaw. She saw the hurt in Ravenstar's eyes, knowing that Batpaw hit Ravenstar's soft spot.

Batpaw coughed softly, before shaking his head hard to try and gather his bearings. Glancing at Ravenstar, he released a soft sigh, his ears actually picking up some of the words. "You know it's true, Ravenstar. This tyrant has tortured me for moons, and.... there's gossip everywhere about it," he mewed softly, shock entering his eyes. "Moons... your right. I shouldn't have to." Starting down the path, his ebony tail swished. Glancing over his shoulder, his milky eyes locked on Ravenstar. "Don't worry," he mewed softly, licking his pearly fangs. "I'll find Windtail and tell I'm gone. He'll return to his clan then." Hesitating, he then spoke something. "I have one last question. Why? If you knew, then why didn't you stop it?" Batpaw edged away as he spoke. Even as the words left his maw, his ears went down, and a strange aurora began to radiate from him. I'll be dead before nightfall. Oh well. I'm blind, and everyone hates me. There's no place in the world for a cat like me. I'll just be sure I find Windtail and make sure this clan-

Then came Sunpaw. Pinning him. A yowl shot from him. "Brat? I take back my last words, a mouse has more brains than you. Breaking the warrior code right before Ravenstar, and complaining like a kittypet. Your. To. Young. The second your old enough, I'm kicked completely aside. Oh, and there's no dirt then, but there darn sure is some now. And I just explained to you about the stupid punishment; I didn't deserve it you foxheart! I don't get what I want, and your not always alone; Windtail spends more time with you than me, are you really that out of it?" But then his breathing hitched, and he released a real snarl. "You liar! I was up while you were sleep, working. Tell me, how did you order me while you were sleep? Huh? Huh? And I sleep on the rock because I don't want to catch whatever illness you and Windtail have. How dare I? How dare I? You really are his kittypet, and I'm glad to know the depths of hatred you stored in your heart for me. I will make it back, I'll last more than a day. And one day, while your hatred is at it's peak...." Batpaw's breathing hitched, his claws sheathed, and his lip curled. "I'll come back."

Letting himself breath, he lowered his pelt, and turned to Ravenstar. "I'll make sure Windtail comes back. That's my last deed to you. You knew what Windtail did to me, and you let him change me. You let him beat me, and try to break me. Even now, you don't uphold your code because your biased and you hate me, like I thought. You all think of yourselves, and whisper in this circle behind my back about me. Your right, Sunpaw. I am not one of you clan cats... never was. I was just too stupid to realize it," Batpaw said, his voice cold now, and dripping with venom. He saw the pain in Ravenstar's eyes; just moments ago he had cried, yet no one had offered him comfort. That was his snapping point. The petite tom kicked Sunpaw brutally in the belly and stood, seeming to gaze at them for a few seconds. Turning then, he began to pad slowly down the path, unable to smell a darn thing because of the snot. After a few steps, he wiped his nose on a beech leaf and began sniffing, trying to pick up Windtail's scent. I will live. And I will come back. I will no longer bet Batpaw after I find Windtail. I will survive.... and become Bat.
