Duskpaw nodded as he remembered his mistake and mentally correcting it. He then knocked her front legs off of him and quickly jumped back. Alright, so I won't be able to attack as quick as her, so I'll just have to make a plan to trick her.

the she-cat crouched in front of her apprentice, a smile came across he face as she lashed her slick tail, he's thinking about what to do... good.... she thought, her amber eyes flickering with pride. her whiskers twitched slightly at what he might be thinking of. hmmmm I might want to be ready for anything.... her smile soon became a small smirk.

Duskpaw watched her and their surroundings for a second before coming up with a plan. He tossed snow at her face and while she blinded he leaped forward to pin her onto the ground.

The deputy stretched out her paws, she was in the middle of the warriors den, where she slept, and was yawning as she slowly woke up. Her eyes blinked as she stretched out her paws giving herself a few good licks. She need to organize a dawn patrol, the warriors den was located inside of a cave to keep them warm, although she twitched her tail before turning to wake up a few other cats to see if they wanted to come with her on the patrol. Low light was flooding into the den as she let out another yawn, the sun was not high yet and the sky was still forming from its darkness to a light ray of blue, it gave off a yellowish pink glow as she flicked her tail before giving her paws a shake from the snow that had seeped into the cave.

The brute had moved his paws as the his white fur pushed trough the snow before he was sighing. No prey was out this early and he was getting colder although he was quite happy to be away from camp, there where a lot of cats running around camp and that was the last place he wanted to be.. Flicking his tail as he pushed himself closer to the snowy ground, it was winter, although it was slowly turning spring and a few flowers peaked out of the low snow. He smiled as a rabbit bounced around, he smirked as he wiggled his rump before he pounced on the animal giving it a quick bite to the back of the neck and killing it swiftly.

Nightpaw twitched his paws as he begin moving softly before letting out a shake of his tail. Turning as he flicked heading back to the dirt with the kit in his jaws. "Birchheart, i will have to take this kit back to camp" He said softly letting out a sigh as he turned heading back to where him and the cats came from. "I will have to talk to spiritstar about this" He said shaking his head as he turned trotting back to camp.

Her tail twitched as she nodded, "Got it adderstrike.. Do you think we could train on tree climbing?" She asked softly? "I thought it would be a good idea for hunting birds and collecting feathers." She said softly licking her mew as she sniffed the air before her ears twitched. Licking her muzzle again as she scented the air yet again for the second time before moving as she sat down curling her tail around her paws as she waited for her mentor to respond.

the large brown tom nodded "sure, let me see what you can do first..." he sat up and beckoned with his tail to a oak tree "their easiest to learn on,..." he mewled softly and padded toward it. when he began to climb we swirled around the tree like he was a squirrel, and came to the top in a small nook, carefully planting his paws on the bark. "now you try..."

HawkSong hissed in surprise and the white powder came flying towards her face, blinding her she tried to step back but tripped because of DuskPaw, "great job!" she mewled proudly. "taking the idea of your elements to trick the enemy!" she stood, shaking her thick pelt, she smirked and twitched her whiskers. before tossing a large pawful of powder at her apprentice...
