Hi there, raters! I try to be as traditional as possible with my names. I do struggle sometimes. Also, I use different cats each post i make on this thread. I use the help of these; Prefixes, and suffixes. Thank you.

Onestep - 7||ten One, the prefix, fits this cat as you described that he has one eye. He cannot step like a one eye, as that would be confusing. Otherwise, the cat's name is fine.

Owleye - 5||ten Owl- is for cats who are tabbies, the colours more leaning to brown. And as for -eye,
Having great eyesight isn’t enough for a suffix; it’s only a contributing factor for a broader suffix, such as -whisker, -nose or -tail respectively. You can’t know a cat has great eyesight until there is evidence of skill in some area. Because of this, -eye should not be used to denote good eyesight. Name-changes only.

Adderleaf - A ragged brown tabby tom with healed scars all over his body, and with green eyes. He was a former warrior, with the name Adderclaw, but gave up on fighting and became a medicine cat. He requested his name to be changed to Adderleaf, and when asked why, he replied; "That will be one less fear for kits". Whenever a kit would need treatment, the kit would take one look at him and immediately want out. In the kittens's eyes, there was the leader of Dark Forest looking right at them.

Mintcloud - A pale gray she-cat with blue eyes. She is gentle and calm with no noticeable skills. Since her personality was as spoken, she earned the suffix -cloud.

Badgerstorm - A black, gray, and white tom with amber eyes. He is very snappy, and always criticizing a cat. He is quite unpredictable and will blow up into bursts of anger if you make one little mistake.

Adderleaf- 9/10, Works well, but something about the flow seems a little off.
Mintcloud 10/10, I cannot find anything wrong with this name
Badgerstorm, 10/10, Fits, but both suffix and prefix say basically the same thing, as badgers don't care who they're fighting and are unpredictable, however, since it fits, 10/10.


1. Cedartail, A dark brown tabby tom who is good at climbing trees and balancing.
2. Frostclaw, A white tom with amber eyes and gray paws, he is notably skilled at fighting.
3. Dawnflower, A light ginger she-cat who is skilled at nursing and caring for kits- she's already had three litters, but is close to retiting to the elders den.
4. Leopardheart, A spotted ginger she-cat who is caring, confident, and isn't afraid to challenge the code if they believe it's for the greater good.

SmallEar- a small shecat warrior, wishing to become deputy. She is ginger, with white markings and blue eyes. She has smaller ears, and exceptional hearing. She is feisty and flirty, and a never-give-up kinda girl

Ashbreeze 10/10- Perfect with a great flow.

Brokenleg 10/10 Again it fits, however, keep in mind that his leg would have been deformed or mangled at birth, I've never heard of cats being born with broken legs.

Smallcloud- 8/10 Lovely name, 'Small' works but 'Cloud' is misused, it's usually used for a calm cat. Suggested suffix- Storm

Shadowwing- 8/10 The prefix fits, but 'Wing' is misused, I usually see it as a substitute for 'Tail' Suggested Suffix- Step

Silverheart- Fits perfectly! 'Flower' would also work. 10/10

Smallear- See above ^_^ However, I'm not too fond of cats who have their prefixes and suffixes basically saying the same thing, or simply stating something 9/10

Ashbreeze — Eight. I like the Ash- prefix, though combined with breeze sounds kind of clunky? idk
Brokenleg — Four. I tend to dislike the Crookedjaw-style name, they make me sad. The Broken- prefix is also a little overused.
Smallcloud — Ten! This one is really cute, I like it c:
Shadow-wing — Nine... and a half? I like this one a lot too, though the -wing suffix isn't my favorite. I would personally use Shadowbird but that might just be me.

Crow-whisker — A small, shy, and rather prickly tom — black smoke tabby
Pepperbounce — Golden tabby molly, very enthusiastic

I don't rate traditionally, although it is an interesting method, I find that it's rather a limiting one as well.

Crowwhisker | 7/10 | I dislike the 'ww' in the name and whisker is used for exceptional hunters. I also associate Crows with black but it works.

Pepperbounce | 9/10 | Not a lot of complaints here, I just don't like the prefix Pepper.

Pounceliver | 20/1 | The most amazing name I've ever seen. I could figuratively hear the complicated decisions used to create this, I could also figuratively feel your struggles with this name. This name is not only perfect but also a beautiful sweet melody on the tongue, the way it rolls feels so natural, I also love how inspirational and heart warming this name is, I love all the detail put into it as well. Amazing.

Goldenbreeze II A golden she-cat with white flecks who is quick and agile. She has green eyes and is somewhat hot-headed.

Mousestep - A dusty brown she-cat who is light, nimble, and quick on her paws. She is sarcastic and reckless one of those people who do before they think.

Ravenflight - A tom with green eyes and a black pelt. He is know for being good at climbing as well as being able to leap high.

Goldenbreeze: 7/10. It's beautiful, unique, and fitting, but something about it just doesn't sit right with me. I think I'm not too big of a fan of -breeze.
Mousestep: 10/10. I'm a big fan of -step names; I actually like using them for cats who are exceptionally graceful instead of 'stepping like the prefix,' as I believe the meanings of the prefix and suffix should remain separate, but this one fits perfectly. I love the name <3
Ravenflight: 9.5/10. I like the name and it fits him perfectly, but it's also a bit common.

I'm looking for a name for this warrior:

Cinder___: A tortoiseshell and white she-cat with blue eyes. Cinder__ is an outspoken, confident, and rebellious she-cat who'll shoot down anybody- even cats of higher rank -whose opinions she doesn't agree with. She is extremely social and adores attention. She is a little smaller than average and has no specialties, but I do not want a name that ends in -pelt or -fur.
