Felix grabbed the phone and immediately started the video, extremely worried as to what the video contained especially since Locus left it unlocked somewhere be could easily get it. Something was definitely wrong.

"I'll be here." I smile at him as he leaves, me going over to slide the door shut. I walk back over to the tv and flip through his games, finally finding one and popping it in the Wii. Yup...it's gonna be a fun night.

[Agent Maine(Meta)]

The video started after a few moments of buffering, displaying locus sitting in the living room first.
"Control thinks your dead." He started, clearing his throat. "Your a good kid felix.... And this attachment of yours to this mission is dangerious. So. Think of it as, i'm setting you free. The leg you lost, not planned for but I put it to use. Seems control already has a shortcut on their computers for reporting The Meta's kills anyways. They think your dead, therefore, you don't have to worry about this any more. Just be careful out there Felix. I'm still completing this job, so if we cross paths, i'm not holding back." He cleared his throat and moved the camera away from his face for a moment before bringing it back, facial mask now fully removed to reveal the deep scarring across both his cheeks and nose. "Your probably asking 'Why am I doing this' and... Its because I care felix. I may seem crazy to you, but..." He stopped and coughed again, looking away. "Just know, I've lost a partner once. That was two days before we met and before you pulled me from my darkest slump. I owe you that much. And possibly more. I tried to be there for you throught a lot of things felix. I just... I just hoped that you would have been over it by now.... Good bye. Felix." The video played on for a few more seconds to show Locus putting his facial mask back on, then his helmet before the entire screen when black.

Meta grumbled as he walked down the street silently inorder to go get himself and sigma food now since he blundered.

"Felix...baby?" I question quietly, walking over towards him. "Are you...okay?" I hear everything that's being said...its got to be heard on him. I flip on the lights and sit down over on the couch, looking up at him. "Talk to me....please...." I mutter over towards him.

Felix was visibly shaking by the time the video stopped, everything that he just saw and heard, Felix just hadn't expected. "G-goodbye?" he echoed, his shaking hands not able to firmly the grasp the phone anymore it fell onto the floor as Felix just stood there. His shaking becoming less intense and he stayed still processing everything that had just been said. "Yeah- yes. I'm fine York." he said keeping his back turned. "He never took that mask off" was what came out but what he really wanted to say would remain unknown.

Meta returned after a few with a small bag of food now. A snort and growl escaping him from annoyance as he returned home, set his weapons on their respective perches then entered the kitchen.

He...he needs some time alone. "Um...maybe another time then, Felix." I stand up and move to give him a hug and kiss, soon stepping back when he turns away. "You can...you can stay over at my apartment when you need to, Felix. You know you can...I'm here for you..."

When Meta comes back, I pause the game and place the remote down, looking over at him and walking over to the table, complete spread with candles and wine and glasses and everything cute and romantic. "You really know how to make a man happy, don't you?"

Meta grumbled a bit as he huffed but set down a box of chinese food on sigma's plate, completely filled with the things he enjoyed while setting a box down on his own plate and throwing the plastic bag into a box with several others and a few cans in it.

As soon as York stepped away, Felix immediately ran up the stairs and went to Locus' room. He rarely went in there (he wasn't allowed) but he still felt the need to check, this had to be some cruel joke but.. Locus didn't play jokes.

I grin over at Meta and lean over to give him a kiss. "This is perfect, Maine. Don't beat yourself up over this....trust me. I wouldn't want this any other way." I sit down at the table and grab some chopsticks, looking down at the box. I smile widely and open it up, quickly looking up at him. "Oh. You're so sweet, thank you."

"Felix!" I shut up to him, following him. "Felix..." I slowly come up behind him, hesitantly hugging him. "Let it go...there's nothing you can do now." I whisper over to him, kissing his ear. "Baby...sit down. Come here. Cry. Let it out."
