Everyone knows your classic fairy tales. Girl is cursed, male comes in, breaks the curse with true love's kiss, and they live happily ever after, right? Well, sometimes finding your true love is a little harder than just singing a few songs waiting around for your prince to come, and sometimes it's the girl who has to save the guy. So what will happen when these eight cursed humans go looking for their true love in the magical forest full of creatures that aren't so nice? Will they ever break their curse with true love's kiss or spend the rest of their days roaming the forest lost without love?

So pretty much, this roleplay is fantasy and couples roleplay combined. Like mentioned above, it's about eight people with eight different curses that we found from other stories or the internet, and their goal is to find their true love so they can finally break the curse. Each couple consists of one person with a curse that has a personality related to their curse and the other half of the couple is a normal human just looking for love. The setting takes place in a magical forest full of creatures some nice and some, well, not so nice, just to add more action to it. I've found in a lot of couples rps they die out pretty fast because of the lack of action, so hopefully adding some fantasy elements will fix this problem. Anyways, that's about it, scroll down below to see what curses await you.

ＲＵＬＥＳ

1. All CS rules apply. We are on CS after all, so please follow the rules.
2. No god-modding. I don't think we'll have this problem since half the characters have curses, but just a reminder, nobody's perfect.
3. When OOC use, (), (()), [], etc. It's just easier for everyone to differentiate OOC and actual character posts.
4. Write at least four sentences per post per character. This is a semi-lit roleplay after all. And a sentence is not, "he smiled" or "she nodded" those are just words.
5. No falling in love immediately. That's not how it happens in real life, and even though this isn't real life, it just doesn't happen.
6. Please have your character talk to other people besides their match. It gets pretty boring if that's the only person you talk with, make friends!
7. You may have up to two characters, but only one can be cursed.
8. Please be polite to everyone. I'm not even going to explain why this is important.
9. Please post every week unless you tell BinaryBC or I that you will be gone. If you go inactive without reason, we will replace you.
10. Please tell me if you quit the rp. Obviously, if you aren't planning on staying the roleplay in the first place, then don't join, but if you do and just get too busy or whatever, please tell BinaryBC or I, so I can reopen the spot.
11. Star out words when cursing. This is a family and kid friendly site, so please star out letters when cursing.
12. Fade out when needed.
    
13. Create your own form and post them here, any forms not posted there will not be accepted, also this is how we tell your literacy level so make it count. On the note of making things nice, please make your posts fancy. Slight exception if you are on mobile.

For as long as she can remember, she's had this curse. Just like in the Greek myth about Echo and Narcissus, she is forced to repeat the last words she hears. Over the years, she's given up on trying to talk to people, so often times she is very shy and quiet, usually hiding and watching others.

Again, another Greek mythology curse, everyone that looks at her, turns into stone. That's why she is forced to wear sunglasses at all times. She doesn't like to talk to people because she doesn't want them to ask about her sunglasses. For the most part, she keeps to herself, very mysterious and antisocial.

Just like in the little mermaid when Ariel loses her voice, this poor cursed girl can't speak. She has a very bubbly, outgoing personality, but she can't even show it because of her curse. The fact that she is very talkative, but can't talk, makes her very frustrated and she gets upset easily. I mean really, who wouldn't be?

For those of you who haven't seen the movie, she is cursed at birth that she has to obey anything someone tells her. For example, if someone says, "stay here," she literally can't move until the person comes back. Because of this, this girl is very shy and docile. She tries to keep her curse a secret, because if the wrong person knew, things could go bad really fast.

Okay, so this guy's curse is that during the day he is a normal human but at night he transforms into a horrible creature, somewhat like in Shrek with Fiona. It can be whatever creature the user decides, werewolf, ogre, something else, it's up to them. Just whatever it is, he is forced to transform into it every night. His personality is very secretive and sneaky because he doesn't want anyone to know about his transformations.

This poor male's curse is that every day he forgets everyone he's met, old friends, new friends, family, everyone. Because of this, he is very antisocial and a loner. He doesn't want to meet people and run into them again and not remember them because it'd just all be very confusing so he tries to avoid it.

Catalina Smalls~Echo Curse~Tags: Open

I pull the hood of my cloak over my face more as I sit perched on a high branch, watching the people below. It was fun to sit here and listen to their conversations, it made me feel like a spy. I walk along the branch, and sit down again, this time further out from the tree so I could see past the leaves. I hear someone below and so I am forced to mutter the ends of their lines like, "my food, done it, you?" I smile slightly, knowing that the woman was talking about the bread I had stolen from her earlier, she was probably wondering where it had gone and who had taken it. Hey, I have to eat too.

As I enter the forest, I can't help but hear a woman talk about her stolen food and I roll my eyes. I knew exactly who did it, Cat of course. My sister and I hadn't really talked in years, well, depending on your definition of a conversation, I guess you could say we've never really talked, mostly due to her curse. Ever since our parents split up though, we usually act as if the other doesn't exist, mainly because I wouldn't know what to say to her and she wouldn't be able to say anything but repeat my words, and I didn't want to hear that again. Dad was right. Who wants to be around a copy cat?

Looking around the small log, I watched ants march down the mossy side and into their nest. Holding a jar below their nest, I collected around fourteen of the small creatures and poked small holes in the lid, leaving them beside the tree. Running my hand through my hair, I started to walk away, brushing any of the insects, that managed to crawl onto my knees, away. Stumbling through the forest, I listened to other people talk as the trudged grumbly along path, sitting down on a stump, I huffed and rolled a twig underneath my foot. Watching the people walk past, I pulled the bark off the rotting tree stump in rage, throwing it at the couple.
