guuuuys why is everyone so cute. why. do you know how hard it's going to be to find
a crush. do you even realize. do you.

but other than that inner dilemma which i'll sort out later, woot woot! first post is
up! since both i'm lame and late here a quick rundown of bastet's relationships:

nova/anubis: when it comes down to it, he's the only one aisha really knows well so
he's her precious best friend. since people often prayed to aisha for protection from
disease i imagine that they know each other pretty well since those she didn't bless
ended up in nova's hands, so to speak. she likes his quiet nature but may sometimes
prod at him a bit to do something atypical for his own sake, but shields him against
the others should he ever require it. totally her bestie even if he doesn't think so.

apollo/paul: ugh. ugh. she can barely stand this guy. despite not minding some play
ful flirting every once in a while she finds that alyxander has completely no tact and
finds him super distracting. she totally uses the fact that nova is her friend for some
occasional leverage to get him out of her hair. she actively enjoys knocking him off
his high horse whenever possible but won't stoop to the "petty" level of starting stuff
without reason so they probably don't interact much with the avoidance thing.

unicorn/june: like you said, mostly neutral. aisha doesn't mind her much due to her
compassionate nature and her handle on something she struggles with, aka patience,
but her daydreaming and lack of ability to concentrate annoys her to no end. would
not hang around with if possible but doesn't consider her the worst of the bunch.

griffin/griffin: ah yes. the companion. she's good friends with him despite him being
so similar to apollo, but can't help being occasionally exasperated by his huge mouth
/flirtation. she likes to keep him on task when she can but otherwise he's of the few
in the group who really gets to see her playful side. still, they have a lot to work on.
i imagine it takes a pretty long while for her to get past his haughtiness for them to
actually become friends, companions or not.

venus/iradessa: ey a cutie and someone who actually knows how to get the job done?
aisha liked her from the moment she met her. despite the fact that they usually hang
out with different people aisha trusts iradessa very highly and is totally fascinated by
her. doesn't get why she hangs with apollo but hey that's her business. ira is the most
likely contender for crush btw because seriously. hot, smart, and sassy, what more is
there to want.

hellhound/max: not gonna lie. cats and dogs? typically they don't get along well. he's
probably going to grow on her real soon like a weed, but off the bat his goofy outlook
is kind of offputting and his specific brand of snark somehow rubs her wrong. although
max gets along with her bestie, he just doesn't sit well with her, but she has no desire
to start anything so she just kind of low-key dislikes him for a bit and keeps her polite
and neutral distance from him. his bashfulness very, very slowly wins her over though.

dragon/gabriel: aisha appreciates having another organized hard worker a lot. gabriel
is another instant like for her, despite his mildy boring and stoic tendencies. she's sort
of used to that sort of thing from nova though, so they probably get along swell while
trying to get everyone else to stay focused on the mission. another top contender for
crush because she enjoys his mysterious aura and would enjoy coaxing some emotion
from him. although how would that work? who cares. magic.

cupid/xanthus: they start off neutral but he grows on her like super quickly. lightning
fast. she takes it upon herself to not let his meddling get too far, but appreciates that
he's always there to help her break up a fight. he's sort of a calming presence, so even
though she won't usually goof off with him, she almost always turns a blind eye to his
shenanigans because they amuse her, even if she'll probably deny it later. however! it
is way too fun for aisha to watch him squirm because he finds her intimidating, due to
being a little bit of a control freak, so she likes to get serious around him if he's really
just being too distracting and pretend to be annoyed if she has to get him back on task.
overall though she loves that he'll never make fun of her so xanthus is one of aisha's #1
picks to talk to for some one on one time, and when they have free time she chats w/
him about things she likes for the longest time. they're fast friends with a rocky start.

artemis/persephone: well isn't she just adorable. aisha will subtly side with her when
she decides to annoy her brother because she doesn't want to make a fuss on her own.
aisha's close friends usually have to be able to stand her snappiness and fiery attitude
so they probably won't seek each other out much, but i imagine them getting on well
and typically having the same opinion/backing each up in an argument.

pegasus/styx: the long lost twin! how? who knows. they're gods and myths, it's magic.
don't know the relationship of their nature much just yet, but aisha's bound to feel a
sort of pull of extra protectiveness for her. totally gets anyone pestering her away in
record time. do not mess with the two of them together they will mess you up.

phoenix/siska: hmm. feisty and devious don't typically mix well for aisha. i think she
would clash with sisi a lot and, like apollo, generally finds her annoying and beneath
her attention. once she finds out that alyxander and sisi are companions she also has
a habit of lumping them together and trying to avoid both of them when possible.
