Didn't the wifi get closed for all the DS and Wii games which includes PMD? (which was still a really dumb move Nintendo)

The rescues in PMD1 are password-based, so they don't need wi-fi. Remember, one of them is a GBA game.

Also, I restarted Explorers of Sky last night since I wasn't too fond of my team - the Chimchar/Phanpy combo has a crippling weakness to Water, and I'm already using the former in Time. My new team, Team Forest, is consists of May the Vulpix, a Pokémon that a lot of people use, and Ursus the Munchlax, a Pokémon that few people use.

I've got a character idea in my head, but I can't get any basic ideas on how to describe his personality or history. The basics are he's a villain named The Nightmare Bandit. He uses his Darkrai to put people to sleep and make them give him their prized possessions, including Pokemon. It's not a villain, it's my main OC's movie character, he's Diantha's son and stars in movies like his mother.

Starting in Gen V, each of Rotom's forms has a different type combonation

Normal: Electric/Ghost
Heat: Electric/Fire
Wash: Electric/Water
Frost: Electric/Ice
Fan: Electric/Flying
Mow: Electric/Grass

All of these, excluding Fan, are unique type combinations, and they all still have the Levitate Ability, but why does Fan Rotom need Levitate when it's a Flying type?

Strangely enough, despite being a Flying type, Gyarados is incapable of learning any Flying-type moves besides Bounce, which must be tutored.
