Raven watched Alyssa leave the library and then turned to Lazarus. "The party sounds fun.....but I can't go," she said quietly and turned to look at her unfinished drawing. She felt bad for lying, but she was too scared to go to the party. She started to fiddle with her pencil then looked at Lazarus again.

"Oh thats too bad, it would've been fun. Then again, there's going to be more parties later in the year...likely."Lazarus loosely bobbed his head, understanding. Not everybody would be able to attend for one reason or another. With that in mind he peered over at the paper, looking at the details on it."So, what cha' drawing...of course if you don't mind my asking. It's alright if ya dont wanna tell me."Lazarus inquired curiously.

"Oh, I was drawing Death the Kid from Soul Eater...it's just an anime I watch," she explained quietly. "Are you going to the party?" she added. Why couldn't she just go to the party? She already talked to someone, so why did she have to lie to them to about going to a party? Raven thought to herself. She sighed then looked back at her drawing.

freddy nodded. "I actually heard that,that people from up there are real nice. " Freddy said. If he didn't get the clarification from Rhys he would still think it was a stereotype. "California could be pretty expensive to. I wanted to move to southern California this year,but it's so hot and expensive. But where I love it could get pretty cold so I'm pretty torn." Freddy told him.

"Almost too nice." I laughed. "I like America. I like the Fourth of July, although I am not the biggest fan of bright lights. Especially flashing and can probably melt you like a snowman in a fireplace." I said before glancing over a girl that had came over. "Hello, I'm Rhys." I sais with a smile, "Um, I'm not a real big partier so I dunno."

freddy nodded. "Well you need to go to a Fourth of July party. There such a blast,next time I'll take you. " Freddy said with a grin. This guy didn't get on his nervs an he could see a actaul freindship. Freddy then saw a girl sit next to them. "Hey. " Freddy said to the girl.

"Did you just say what I thought you said?! Death the kid is amazing! And so is Soul Eater, and anime in general! Anime is fantastic! I like how Kid has the hair liney thingies!"Lazarus went happily wide eyed, looking at the drawing. Now that he inspected it closer, it was actually really good, in his opinion anyways.He had nearly forgotten that Raven had asked if he was going to the party, but he wasn't concerned right now. He just found out somebody else liked anime, and he was amazed by that...although many people watched anime these days.
