Sunstar purred and looked towards the river breathing in the scents of prey. " Yes I suppose it is it does mean new strong warriors for the clan," he mewed his green eyes gleamed happily.

Brackencloud

Brackencloud led Leona to Honeyfrost's den. She peeked her head inside "Honeyfrost, sagepaw are you there?" There was no reply. "They are probably out collecting herbs and will be back soon. "I'll check to see if Sunstar or Skydream are around." She walked over to Sunstar's den and called out, "Sunstar." Still no answer. She looked in the Warriors den for Skydream. "Skydream?" No reply. She walked back over to Leona "Someone is bound to turn up soon, in the meantime you can tell me what happened to you." Brackencloud didn't want to intrude but the curiosity burned in her chest.

Forbiddensong kept her gaze on the water. "Yeah." She said quietly, her tail flicking back and forth.

Sunstar smiled jumping up on to a rock at the same level as the one Forbiddensong was standing on. "Theres been something I have been wanting to tell you Forbiddensong," he mewed.

Forbiddensong turned, locking eyes with him. "Yes?" She asked, feeling the suspense.

((Dang it, I don't have any other cats...))

Leona sat herself down to rest her legs, and thought for a moment to get herself situated.

"Well," she started, "My walker, or my owner, went away and never came back. My mom, Janice, said that we had to leave. She took me and my kin on a journey, and things were okay for a little while."

Leona looked off into the camp, her ears back in sadness, "Then one day, mom and my youngest brother, Frederick, were hit by those monsters. That left me and my brother Slaine with our little sister."

"And then we were forced to leave her too," She said, sadness resounding in her voice. She blinked away tears and took a deep breath as she folded her paws under her body and played down. "Lola was her name. She was born deaf and me and my brother agreed that we couldn't survive if we had to care for her..."

"I don't remember much of what happened next, it just went by so fast. My brother dragged me around and started associating with the local strays, and eventually was asked to join. Slaine agreed, dragging me with him, but I snuck away and ran for my life."

"Thats how I ended up here. I just never stopped running, afraid that they would chase me down and...," She swallowed, caring not to finish the thought. She shook her head to clear her head, she would rather not even think about what Slaine is doing with those strays.
