kell is nearly impossible to define- his moods are as mecurial as the weather.
one moment full of mirth and amusing tricks, the next his eyes will grow cold
and his gestures more ominous and melancholy, like a man who can't find his
way home or being poked and prodded at by invisible hands. these moods can
slip into each other like clouds obscuring and revealing the sun by turns.
consistently throughout these moods, kell is intelligent, observant, and
quick-witted. he can read a crowd like no other, and knows almost
instinctively when and where to begin performing, and what tricks will
appeal the most to his audience. he has a knack for conversing without words,
using expressive facial expressions and gesture, usually utilizing his graceful
hands and fluid lips. doppel and gänger are extremely skilled at 'reading' him,
and they act as translators if kell cannot manage to get his message across,
although they prefer to remain silent when possible as well, joining kell in his
quiet. kell is also a showman, flamboyant and a bit manipulative, using his charm
and beauty, as well as perceptiveness, to play to an audience and get as much
profit as possible. he is careful in his appearance, fastidiously checking and maintaining
his flawless makeup and outfit, and knows how unearthly and bewitching he can appear.
he is not vain, but merely confident in his own appearance and knows that it will
improve his image and performance, which he strives for at all times. being a mime
is nearly his entire life; he loves becoming different people and things and telling
stories without words; he considers it true art, and has taken it to the next level
by taking a 'vow of silence' of sorts, never speaking in order to maintain the art.
kell seems nearly tireless, rarely sleeping or caught idle, restless and preferring
to remain in motion when possible. he sleeps when he has to, but doesn't enjoy
the bleak and loud landscapes of his dreams and prefers to remain awake as much
as possible, performing tricks and spending time in the company of doppelgänger.

favorite trick:

sparring with invisible enemies, often executing leaps and flips, or even going into 'slow motion'.
while being exhausting and requiring great creativity, it always draws huge crowds
and enthusiastic applause and tipping afterwards, and kell enjoys it greatly, losing

Personality
Puppet is actually an extremely silent doll who usually just watches and listens. He hardly speaks a word and Xiangqi is therefore the one speaking. Puppet at times also seems to just be daydreaming or lost in thought and only snaps out of that if someone yells at him. Of course, at times he wears a smile and mimes to entertain others and this seems to be the only time he really interacts with others. Though on the rare occasions he does interact with people using his voice, he has been known to be very sensitive about everything and clingy to those he trusts.
Apart from this side of him, when he thinks it is just him and Xiangqi he does cry and mutter small words to the Shadow who tries to comfort him. I wonder what happened to Puppet to make him like this?

Favorite Trick
Puppet's favorite trick is long yet simple. You see first, he walks up to the group he is performing to but first does this in slow motion. When he arrives he then freezes in place when he has bent forward slightly. Then he begins to raise himself up, but makes his actions look robotic and stiff. Once he is straightened he get's on to the real trick. He places his hand on the side of his torso and then pushes, making his torso move to the side but nothing else. He then does that with his head and keeps pushing his head and torso separately until they are fairly low to the floor. When they are close to the floor, his makes his torso move slightly up and down (but not moving his head) and then he pushes them the same way before but back up. He does this again but in the opposite direction and tada! That is his favorite trick!

What started the miming?
Xiangqi was actually the reason Puppet began to mime. You see, when Mime and Xiangqi were together for the first time, Puppet was always depres and due to his nature he struggled to talk to people, meaning he struggled to make them happy. This made Puppet sadder and sadder over time and then Xiangqi suggested Puppet tried miming. He said that 'miming will allow you to express your self while giving others show they can laugh and smile at'. So Puppet began to mime. Though at the start he was terrible at it, but other dolls gave him advice and tips and slowly he developed into the mime master he is now.

How Puppet and Xiangqi met
Xiangqi actually met Puppet at the bottom of a lake. You see, Puppet was going to be a present for someone's girlfriend. However, they broke up at the lake and in anger the boyfriend chucked his beloved, childhood doll into the lake. At the bottom of the lake, Xiangqi and Puppet met, thus creating their contract.

Why is Puppet so upset?
Puppet is upset nearly all the time due to emotional and mental pain. You see, he adored the boy he belonged to and being tossed into the lake broke his heart. Puppet was left upset from that and also gained trust-issues, which is why he doesn't talk a lot. Though throughout his miming 'career' he encountered a lot of harsh words and insults, which only deepened his sadness and trust-issues. Xiangqi is constantly trying to get Puppet to interact with people more, his idea of Puppet miming also being a plan of his to get him interacting and less depressed. This is also why when they are alone Puppet cries and talks to Xiangqi, because Xiangqi keeps telling Puppet 'when we are alone tell me everything that hurt you today, it is better out then kept in'.

Why is Puppet petrified by cats and dogs?
Puppet is petrified of these common household pets due to something that happened to him on the way to the doll house. You see, he was walking (carrying Xiangqi) and he came upon a kitten and puppy. Of course they were much bigger then him yet he felt like they weren't a threat and were adorable. And then the dog picked him up and began to play with him.
The dog tossed the screaming doll around, lightly chewed him (thankfully not leaving bite marks) and randomly dropping him. This is when the cat decided it wanted to play with Puppet. The cat swatted the dog and pounced on the dropped doll. The cat began rolling around, chewing Puppet and running with him in its mouth. The two constantly swapped the doll around them, Puppet screaming the whole time. Thankfully the due did grow bored of the doll and dropped him, walking away to chase a rat which had caught their attention.
Of course, after this incident, Puppet has been petrified of cats and dogs since.

favorite trick; Imri's favorite trick can be referred to as the flag-signalling trick, also known as the sailing fool's mimic. It's a very simple trick where he holds the flags of white and black [instead of red and yellow] to mimic the hand gestures they makes. It makes people aware of how strange their gestures could be without proper communication of speech. Imri, seeing it's affects first-hand, finds it both amusing and interesting. Venn plays a part to plan the steps so as to not start some kind of fight, considering Imri isn't the wisest... [aka Venn keeps Imri safe from getting beat up by angry spectators]
