Ah right, the baby size would of course depend on the adult size owo
As for kangaroo, not all of them would be that big; that would be on the large side just as turkey would be on the large side if they were to stay little ^^

Also about great dane, those are huge, like bigger than the red kangaroo I think xD
So I don't think they'll be that big :3

@Bill Ciforce - hmm, I do like the in between option, maybe they could have a range of sizes from around a person's chest to full kangaroos?

Also to add in, there could be eternally young vaikis that stay pretty small and cuddly :3

The red kangaroo is a bit larger than the Great Dane, but either way is fine ^^
There could be special Vaikis that are different depending on it's genetics or something if you want to get in that, like some of them are smaller and some are on the bigger sizes.
They can start out around like, a chicken size as a baby, and progress onto maybe a larger size?
Maybe the minimum height for them could be like, a miniature poodle which ranges from 11 to 15 inches, and they can grow up to a maximum of a red kangaroo? That way there could be a bit more variety, though it might be a bit too complex?
But all in all, Vaikis are an adorable species, and they'll always be perfect in my eyes cx

Great danes weigh a little more than red kangaroos on average, and look a bit bigger to me when they stand on their back legs owo I'm just looking things up quick, sorry if my sizes aren't 100% accurate though ;;v;;

But yeah, I think a variety of sizes would be good. Miniature poodle may be a bit too small, but maybe up to a person's belly button, as Bill Ciforce said, for the minimum, and red kangaroo for the maximum.

Yeah, that way they can be cute and cuddly when they're small and semi-big and huggable when they're larger ^^
And even if it's not a 100% accurate, this is just one of a rough measurements for them anyways.
It'd be interesting to have dwarf Vaikis, like their a tad smaller than most Vaikis or something.

I think dwarf vaikis would be like PPS/YFS/midget/whatever other species call it, where they'd stay on the child lineart as adults. c:

I like the variety idea. I never saw Vaiki's being big creatures but it would be cool for people to ride on them. XD

Personally, I think Red Kangaroos are a bit too big. Vaiki's are fast-running creatures, so I don't think that being bigger would help lore wise? I don't think Vaiki's should be bigger than humans. I do like the variety size ideas, so each one could be different.
I think that Vaiki's could be about tall enough to reach a 5ft persons elbow. They would still be relatively small, meaning that it would make sense for the to run fast, but also be big enough to be seen easily, so it doesn't get trampled.
I can't exactly put in words what I am seeing, hopefully this makes a but of sense X3

Just a bit curious, are you planning to make a nursery/breeding center later on gee?
I was just thinking about it'd be interesting to breed Vaikis, but not so often, since it would be a bit of work for a small species now. But that'd be a cool idea to breed Vaikis either way X3
