Burrows-In-Sand swam in fluid circles around her friend, kicking up waves with her feet. "You know, you're awfully hairy," she teased, poking him in the bellybutton. She was beginning to piece two and two together; lots of hair, and friends with wolves, for Talos' sake? Was Jellal a werewolf? Werewolves were supposedly a myth, but she couldn't believe that. Lots of howling was often heard just outside of Jorrvaskr most nights, and she knew there were no wolves allowed in the city walls. It both puzzled and intrigued her.

Jellal rubbed his head, ruffling his blue hair. "Course I am!" He protested unhappily, not noticing two, wolf like ears sprout from his head and swivel around to follow noises that were in the area.

Strides-In-Snow
The unsaddled black horse took a few nervous steps backward; something was spooking it. Strides-In-Snow ran a hand through it's tangled mane comfortingly, his gaze darting from tree to tree. Footsteps. Before the argonian could react, a man casually walked into view. He seemed to be rambling on about something. Strides-In-Snow scowled, putting one hand on the knife sheathed in his belt- just in case. "Listen, I can't go back to Whiterun for a while; and for quite the good reason, too." He hissed, gripping the horse's mane in case the guards had extended their search into the forest.

well, the cat was out of the bag it appeared. but laverna made no move to apologize or to explain any of her reasoning. she took in the little hints the girl was giving off. before maven could speak laverna turned. "listen, just because i gave you an alias doesn't change anything. maven will give you a name, they will help your dog. if you don't trust me because i was looking out for myself in a kill or be killed world, you were a fool to follow me in here." she muttered. she then turned back to maven. "i apologize, m'lady. you understand, of course?"

"yes, i understand, laverna. now, a for your friend here, you'll want to see a dark elf. her name is nakul. she holes herself up at that college in winterhold. which you can escort her to on your way to windhelm. i hear the arentino boy has run away. he's likely back home. will you check on him?" laverna nodded.

"of course! i've heard rumors, so i'll be happy to check on him." laverna looked to maven.

"dismissed."

"laverna." maul spoke.

"until next time, maul." she smiled as she turned and walked to the door. she wrenched it open and walked out. she looked for cirella.

Cirella the Lioness
Ciri's gaze narrowed, her mouth curving into a frown. She didn't appreciate laverna's attitude, but that was to be expected when Ciri has her hand on her sheathed knife. She slipped out the door in the middle of their conversation, leaning herself against the wall. Maven had told her to see a dark elf; elves weren't something she particularly liked, but it was for her dog nonetheless. She drew in a sharp breath, glancing at the door as it flew open. It didn't look like Laverna was in a good mood. figures. Before she could say anything, Ciri spoke. "I've got a horse in the stables."

Kagehoshi the Khajiit

Kagehoshi steps out of the cave, which is near to Whiterun, into the warm sunlight, heading back to Jorrvaskr, the base of the legendary warriors, the Companions. Mounting his horse, he rode back to Whiterun. When he arrived, he was welcomed with the usual welcomes, which he of course, returned the favor. "I completed the mission," Kagehoshi said. "Great job. You can go rest now, or you can always ask for another mission," Farkas said. Deciding to rest, Kagehoshi goes to The Bannered Mare. Finally arriving at the inn, Kagehoshi takes a seat at the bar and asks about the word around town. "Nothin' much," the inn keeper replied. "May I have a room?", Kagehoshi asks. She points to an open room, and Kagehoshi pays the gold needed. Walking into the empty room, he hears quite the commotion next door. "Hmm, I wonder what's happening. I shouldn't barge in though; it may be private...", he comments. Taking off his ebony armor and ebony mail, Kagehoshi gets onto his bed and sits up. Taking out the sweet roll from his pocket, he quietly chews it, ignoring the conversation next door, respecting their privacy. Quietly lifting up his black eyepatch, he felt the scar over his left eye, and closed his eyes, thinking very deeply. After finishing his sweet roll, he pulls up his covers, puts on the eyepatch, closes his eyes, and rests.

Zachariah startled, staring blankly at the Orc. He searched his mind for something to say that wouldn't make him sound stupid, but he found nothing. 'Uh, what?" he deadpanned, totally pokerfaced. Shaking his head, he finally managed to form a comprehensible thought.
"Okay, well, no, it's not too much for me, so don't worry about that."
